Absolutely horrible company!!! It is sold as insurance which it not at all! They are horrible people. Extremely rude and condescending. Was hung up on twice. They were so rude to my provider that she dosent want anything to do with them. They are not good people and should be very ashamed of what they are doing to innocent people.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. It sounds good but when you try and file a claim--forget it--no place will take them. We were told we wouldn't have to change providers, this is not correct! Don't waste your money on this company!

This company is a complete fraud! They lie and tell you it is Insurance, when it is not. Their CSR's are rude hateful and will try their upmost to gas light you. THIS IS NOT HEALTH INSURANCE! They told me my doctor would accept this "insurance". When I contacted my doctor, they told me "NO". Then my doctors billing department told me it was not insurance. I hate insurance companies. They are the biggest drain on the middle class America. Then throw companies like this into that mix and people are just ripe for the picking. I received a cancellation notice 4-6-2022 via email. I haven't received a refund as 4-14-2022. I notified my CC and we will see what happens.

My Jericho Share is a complete scam. These disgusting beings are making false promises to innocent people. Their meds, appts, surgeries, etc...will NOT be covered. They can NOT easily cancel and auto pay keeps going. They will hang up on you, transfer you and LIE to you. They will tell you they legally cant stop your subscription. Email them continuously to cancel, document, and contact your credit card company IMMEDIATELY. These beings are CRIMINALS. Karma. That's all I can say. May they never endure the hardships they are deliberately causing others.

I purchased this policy with the condition that I will have 30 days to cancel it. Agent said that I will be getting all the plan details for me to review it and make an intelligent decision. I never received any plan details I had to call customer service to inquire about and asked to cancel my policy because I think the company is not legitimate. She provided me details on call again and promised that I will get plan details in mail or email but again nothing. Then I called again to cancel it she said she is making a note and I will get an email with cancelation. Once again nothing and when I called this time someone name Tatiana very rude person, she should not be a CSR for any company or business - said that she can cancel my policy but I will not get my refund because 30 days are over. This company is nothing but a scam from very 1st day i had the feeling that I am going to loose my money and in the end I did loose my money.
