The website is a bit difficult to navigate on the admin side of things. It is not very intuitive. You also can't get much with the free version, you should definitely get Keeper Plus.
Overall though, great way to honor your loved ones. Thank you Keeper!

Few tweaks and this would be perfect!
Wish the interface was better for the mementos. Would be nice if the tributes could be displayed on the main page or have the option to display the tributes on the main page.
Also would be nice if you could bold or Italicize the text for an event.

Incredible service
Rian and Baz were incredible. Supportive, compassionate, lightning-fast, and very understanding. Highly recommend working with Keeper. (As a note, the Memorial Website could be more developed, but the experience of working with Baz and Rian, and the resulting overall Memorial service experience far outweighs in favor of working with Keeper, if you're comparing sites/services.)

Still waiting for a refund
I requested a cancellation within minutes of my purchase. I was told I would receive a refund, but then a few days later I received an email saying you would keep my money so that I can try the website. Just please don’t be that company and sort this out.

Permanent and affordable way to memorialize someone
This site offered me a permanent and affordable way to write an obituary and memorial for a very dear friend. It was pretty easy to use, and I'm happy with the final result. I haven't tried any of their additional services, but I might consider them in the future.
