Terrible service, 3 weeks on and ordered with ‘Express delivery’ it is still not here.
Support from Mylk and Evri dreadful. Hasn’t been sent by Express as promised.
Tried to cancel but they won’t. I’m inclined to refuse the parcel if it arrives but unsure if the legal position if I do. My advice? Buy something else, don’t Try Mylk.

I love this thing now but I have to say that when I first got it delivered,the lid wouldn’t seal. There was an E 1 error message. I looked it up in the book that came with it and it said that the lid was not sitting well. I could tell because it was a gap. I actually fixed it because the gasket is not big enough so I wrapped rubber bands around it, to hold the gasket in place, and create less room on the lid so that it would be snug. This worked like a charm and now I’m really enjoying my cashew milk. Hope this review help somebody out there. It took exactly 3 rubber bands to fix the lid.

Same as the last review ('Dreadful'). Machine wasn't working, lid actually came off while trying make the Mylk milk. The (expensive) glass bottle that I also purchased has a spelling mistake but these guys aren't interested in customer support. I sent a video of the lid turning, which stops the machine working, but despite this still happening they won't replace or refund. Now keeping the lid in place with some masking tape!

This was supposed to be a nice gift for my wife... I hope people read these reviews before thinking about buying from these guys. I wish I had ...

Dreadful.
Machine doesn’t work, expensive to return and in my case took 5 months to get a refund, had to resort to raising a claim through PayPal. Oh and they challenge any less than positive reviews and try to have them removed. Don’t buy.

I brought the machine. Made great product, but broke after 3 weeks. Contacted the company and they requested a video could see it was not working and sent a replacement. Only downside is I would have liked a basic recipe book to come with it. I hope this one lasts longer.

Shipping took FOREVER! Ad said express shipping with tracking. Ordered April 30, I was still waiting on May 18. Tracking number provided was not recognized in the US, so totally in the dark and although customer service was quick to respond all they could say was, "it's on it's way from their Italian manufacturer" However, once it got to the US, the tracking appeared to indicated it was shipped from China. Information was too vague for me to say for sure. Why say "express shipping with tracking"? When that is clearly not the case. Finally arrived and instructions were vague at best. I would not recommend. Have only attempted to use it once so far and experience was underwhelming at best. Perhaps I will find better recipes than those provided. I will update if my experience improves.

Still no refund. It’s been going on since I paid over £40 for the item to be delivered back to Italy, tracked plus customs. They’ve tried to tell me it’s not been received but it’s been sitting at customs since beginning February.
They’ve tried telling me it didn’t pass customs and has been returned to UK whilst omitting to show the real reason on their screenshot.
I’ve shown them that the item has been shipped back to UK because the ‘addressee hasn’t collected it’
Now they’re saying that’s not true… a scam.
I’ve reported to Shopify.inc who allow this company to sell this awful product and run their shoddy customer service on their platform.
I suggest others do the same.

DO NOT buy from this company. Machine does not make plant milk & was faulty. Customer service is dreadful & tried to argue against consumer rights act. Thankfully I paid via PayPal & I was protected as product was not sold as fit for purpose. AVOID at all costs

Do not buy from this company if you live outside of Italy cost me $80 to send this machine back with insurance but they are making every excuse to leave the item sit in customs so it gets sent back to me and I give up on it.. customs has tried to contact them but they are ignoring contact as to not claim the return so they don’t have to give me a refund.i have read this on other sites regarding this company I wish I had read before I brought they disclose money back guarantee because they know if you buy outside Italy or hey can do this let it sit in customs and pretend customs hasn’t contacted them even though the customs post has send me all the documents to show they have sent the documentation to them they are just ignoring it, they are making so many excuses for no contact. Not impressed at all don’t waste your money with this company they are a fraud. This has been going on for months dealing with there excuses. I will be posting this on every site and platform I possibly can to make sure no one else gets scammed from this company.
