Catalina is very knowledgeable and not to mention friendly. It was not only a learning experience about the ropes of student loans but a pleasure talking with her. She always makes sure you understand.

I have had a positive experience with LoanSense so far. My meeting with Catalina was thorough in which she made suggestions and answered my questions. We are in the middle of the process and they have promptly answered my questions.

I got a useful action plan from Loan Sense that applies to my situation. There are still some things I need to figure out on my own but she helped me think about how I would approach my loans depending on what type of job I get (whether it’s a PSLF qualifying job or not). Would highly recommend Loan Sense to friends who how 200K or more after graduation.

Very helpful with explaining a financial plan that best fits my individual situation

I was asked to participate in a 30 minute survey and for my time I would be given a $20 gift card. I have yet to receive my compensation for the survey promised by Lady Caballero customer success for myloansense.com….if this company can not follow through on a $20 gift card then how can they be trusted to deliver on their word of lowering student loan payments and providing buying power to purchase a home. I took the survey Saturday July 9, 2022 and I am writing my review on Tuesday. I received a response via email stating that it will be next week before payout. If my math is correct, which it is, the amount of time is beyond a 24 hr period.‼️ Update‼️On July 13th I was contacted by loansense and was told that the gift card was going to be sent to me earlier than scheduled and was kindly asked to if I could delete my review. Here it is July 15th and my review still stands. I say once again, if Loansense can not deliver on their word about a little ole gift card then how in the world can they be trusted to lower student debt and increase buying power for a home. I know one thing, I am tired of company’s using technology to sell lies, to advertise lies, and to take advantage of people in their time of need. Zero stars, I mean I could take their word but as they have proven, a pair of lips will say anything. Eyes wide open people.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I knew a little bit about the process, but now that I know even more, I feel more informed than ever.
