Cancelled order with cancellation fee!
Used the site to request a repeat prescription.
They took my money and confirmed order.
Then was told I was not eligible and now must wait for a refund and, to make matters worse they have charged a cancellation fee of 25% !
I’d say this is probably criminal but of course haven’t got the time to chase up. So this rightfully negative review will have to make do.
Truly terrible.
