Terrible customer experience
Tried to order weight loss medication through this pharmacy and despite filling in a comprehensive questionnaire they kept sending me messages through an online portal for more information. The portal stopped working so I couldn't view their messages and when they called me I explained that. They still asked me to log in to the portal and respond despite me explaining it doesn't work. I then cancelled the order because it was too difficult and they have charged me a £10.00 admin fee for quite frankly I'm not sure what. They have also said they are going to take 10 business days to refund my £104 you would have thought the £10 in admin charges would at least mean they could refund my money in a timely fashion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Good service by MLP, but spoiled by Royal Mail delivery
The medical product was chosen from several suggested as a result of an online assessment. It was approved for supply quickly and dispatched for delivery by royal mail. The scheduled delivery day was a Thursday- however the postal service failed to deliver and on Friday afternoon said they would attempt to deliver the next working day. This coincided with a bank holiday weekend. It eventually arrived on the tuesday! I realise that it's not MLP's fault, but they should take note that Royal Mail is completely unreliable in many areas.
