I am deeply disappointed with the service from My London Pharmacy. I have been using Wegovy responsibly through them for over a year, navigating holidays by managing my doses, and successfully reached the maximum 2.4mg maintenance dose - losing about 15kg in the process.

Because the 2.4mg injection was causing some side effects, I placed an order to switch to the daily pill format at a reduced dose, filling out their clinical survey in full.

Instead of looking at my actual medical needs or reading my feedback form properly, the pharmacy focused entirely on a gap in my automated "order history" rather than my actual dosing history. Because of this rigid, box-ticking exercise, they insisted on dropping me all the way back to the absolute beginner starter dose, at a cost of £363, which they took from my card weeks ago.

This approach would completely wipe out a year’s worth of weight loss progress and force me to spend hundreds of pounds to start the entire process from scratch.

When I asked for information on how the pill dosages worked and expressed my frustration, the pharmacist simply cancelled my order and ended the discussion instead of trying to find a constructive clinical solution.

While I understand they have regulatory guidelines to follow, their communication was incredibly poor, rigid, and lacked any personalized patient care. They basically treated me like a criminal for wanting to have some input on my own healthcare.

A year of loyalty and considerable expense was completely dismissed. I will be taking my care to a provider that actually communicates with its patients.

I look forward to receiving my refund and taking my business elsewhere.

Very Slow Service...

Placed order on Monday 7th for next day deliver, its now Friday 11th still not arrived.

Took two days to be signed off, may as well just got my my doctors for a quatre of the cost..

Took money out of my bank saying I’d made the order and I had filled a form in which I never and it was £16 so emailed them and they said all I could get was £9 refunded and would be in my bank 5-10 working days which it wasn’t and emailed again with no response so looked like I have been conned! AVOID THIS COMPANY

The checkout process don't work for me and they don't have any call center or means to contact them if anything goes wrong.

Recently moved house, Was told of an upcoming prescription so changed my delivery details to the new address. Updated on my portal - Address shows as new address. Used the chat bot feature for the upcoming order to get confirmation that my address was updated. Provided updated address - Chat session closed with no confirmation that the delivery address was correct to the new address in my details. Emailed the customer service email on the same day to confirm if the changes were made/to confirm the delivery address - no response. Delivery was dispatched six days later to the deleted old address. Tried to divert the delivery to a collection point or to the Delivery hub but unable. Medication was delivered to the wrong address and to somewhere I cannot access. Tried to email customer services on the help@ mylondonpharmacy.co.uk email as stated on their website again - but surprise surprise no response. Have emailed again with no response. Order showing as closed and completed so unable to open another web chat session. £98 down with no communication whatsoever.

Terrible company who change the goals post to suit themselves and keep your money !
Parcel wasn’t delivered and they told me I needed to do a police report. Did a police report and now that’s not good enough and now they want to do their own investigation so now I’m waiting for them to decide whether I can have my money back or not which is a joke as I don’t have the product and I don’t have my money.
Stay clear this company there are other companies out there who are far better!
You have far better customer services and standards as this company is an absolute joke.
