Consumer rights ignored
Ordered some cream and paid for speedy delivery. Royal Mail delivered it late, and to the wrong (unoccupied) house and I am unable to retrieve. This company is refusing to accept they are legally responsible for the product until it is delivered to me and have stopped responding to me. I am £34 down, and have not received what I ordered.
