It was a simple process to buy online
It was a simple process to buy online. Absolutely straight forward, with no hitches, glitchs or whatnot.
The price was good, but I'll reserve my overall experience when it arrives. I was kept informed of the delivery details, and when it was scheduled to arrive. We are 200km up the road from Invercargill.
Arrived as stated, well wrapped. The delivery staff were great as well. Where we leave is narrow and cramped in places, but it was brought in with no issues. (I am unsure if they are staff of the store or cotracted employees of a delivery company). Either way, they did a fantastic job.
And to the final comment. It's unwapped, in place and now sat upon. It is comfy, I like the high and wide arms and the depth of the sofa. It gives off a warm and cozy feeling, and good for those cold winter nights. 10 out of 10, or in ther case, 5 stars.

Purchased online and my order was ready for pickup very soon after. I always have fantastic service by staff when I go instore, from the retail staff to the guy who helped load my car. I’m so disappointed that the range that I’ve been buying is not being manufactured anymore so fingers crossed I can get the last piece I need before you sell out

Was gutted that I’d been told that free shipping was available on all purchases but when I went to buy on line it wasn’t. Not sure why this has changed.
Edit: thanks for explaining why this has changed - regardless of the discount on drawers the extra $99 for transport locally is in my view still a bit high.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We did run a Free Shipping Promotion (on all products except 75% off clearance items) for approximately 6 months.
Unfortunately, we recently had to review our free shipping policy due to the massive increase in cost put on us by the shipping companies (in response to the ongoing fuel crisis).
Sadly, that Free Shipping Promotion ended on the 29th of April, although we do still offer Free Shipping on purchases of $799 and over but have introduced a flat rate of $99 shipping on items that fall under the $799 threshold (rural surcharges may still apply).
You made your purchase online on the 8th of May during our Mother’s Day Sale. Luckily, under that promotion, you were able to purchase the Tallboy at 75% off, which is an amazing bargain.
We trust everything is ok with the Tallboy you ordered, and we hope you have a great day.

I had to do 2 seperate orders online which was great, the thing that got me was that a guy who worked in the warehouse rang me to confirm that I indeed made a purchase of 2 identical items and that it wasn’t a mistake during the online ordering. That’s a 5star review for me because it could’ve easily have been a mistake but it wasn’t in this case. The delivery was also top notch.
