The reishi has completely changed my sleep quality from poor to good and the Lion’s Mane has done wonders to help calm and focus an overactive mind. They are a genuine company selling quality, clean products produced in house by people with a wealth of knowledge. They know their stuff, are genuine, honest and want to help people improve / maintain their wellbeing.

Brilliant company run by lovely people, but the product is the shining star. The mushroom tinctures are miracle workers. If you are suffering from perimenopause or meopause - heat regulation, weight gain, brain fog, loss of focus and energy - take reishi and lions mane. It works so well. 100% recommend.

We went on a fungal foray tour into the forest with the guys from Myndful Mushrooms and it was super interesting. My Girlfriend has been taking their tinctures for a while now and says they really help her with issues with concentration etc (she has ADHD). She's tried different brands and has found these work best for her.
