Thorough recommendation
After a routine blood test I was 'encouraged' by my doctor to improve my blood glucose results. I signed up to Diabetes Lifestyle Doctors and from the outset was very impressed. The Web site is easy to navigate, there is a fabulous selection of recipes - including snacks - that are easy to follow and so tasty. The interaction with the staff at DLD is quick, easy and their knowledge seems endless. 1:1 sessions are alo available and are extremely helpful. The videos and notes are thought provoking and I keep referring back to them.
Having been back for my new blood results, I'm happy to say I've dropped a few pounds, importantly, my blood glucose levels have dropped and my doctor is very pleased. It has also changed my palette - I no longer frame lots of sweet treats.
I thoroughly recommend this programme and I'm happy to say, I'm going to keep following it.

Full nutrition advice and support, it’s allowed me to build a way of eating where I certainly don’t feel like I am on a strict diet and also has allowed me to recognise and make progress on the lifestyle areas that I didn’t realise were so significant in getting type 2 in first place. Thanks!

Thrilled
Easy to follow information with videos and text guides. Yummy recipes and friendly team helping guide me and encourage me! My HbA1c has gone down from 62 to 50 and lost 5kg over the 12 weeks- absolutely thrilled!

Another shot at ‘life’
I was recently diagnosed as diabetic, thankfully this programme gives all the info and advice needed in a practical and inspiring way. Health Coach Jess was great and made a real difference to what I’ve achieved. Pleased to say I’ve lost weight, lowered my HBA1C and the GP has stopped my medication! I know what I need to do now day to day and have some good new habits that will help keep me on the straight and narrow. Thanks for another shot at ‘life’
