We had a garden office with built in shed supplied by My Outhouse in January this year. This was part of our larger home renovation project for our new property in Bedford, Bedfordshire. To be honest, the garden office was the best part of our home transformation and it has made our garden look beautiful. We had a limited budget and needed more space to work from, and My Outhouse built us a stunning outbuilding that was well within our budget. We loved how transparent their price structure was when I visited their showroom, and that everything was included with no hidden costs. Overall it was a great experience and the team really worked hard to complete our garden office!

We found My Outhouse on Which trusted traders in December 2024 after discussing a new garden room for just under a year. We approached three different garden room suppliers in Saint Albans but found they had limited buildings to show us, other than the ones they had built in their own gardens. Before spending a small fortune on this project we ensured we contacted enough local companies to do a full comparison and that is when we found My Outhouse. We visited their garden room showroom between Christmas & New Year and organised our build for March 2025. The room was completed within 2-3 weeks to an amazing specification, and myself and husband could not be more happy. The team, overall were fantastic and enthusiastic about our project, they kept us in the loop throughout the build process and also helped us design the room from start to finish. From what we have seen, My Outhouse was the best of the 4 garden room companies we approached and they delivered exactly what we wanted.

Dave, Rob, Scott & Ronnie were a pleasure to work with for our new garden room at our buy to let in St. Albans. After talking with the local estate agents about extending our home as our downstairs comprised of a single open plan lounge, and getting quotes, we decided the extension was far too much money to get the yield required. The garden room was our alternative investment and our rent ended up being vastly higher after the build was complete and we remarketed it. The garden room is above and beyond what we expected, with modern lights, lovely flooring and gorgeous cladding on the outside.

The garden room is actually nicer than all of the rooms in our house :). Thank you to the hard work, great communication and overall efforts made to build what our house desperately needed.

We searched for months to find the best garden room company in St Albans and came across my outhouse. The team were polite, tidy and they built us a beautiful composite garden room. Very pleased with the service.

Poor service, no communication.

I was about to go ahead with a wooden garden room but saw a My Outhouse advert on Facebook and I decided to proceed as I liked that they build composite garden rooms that don't need maintenance. They were building another room in Hatfield and the owner let me come and see it while it was in progress. I was happy and went ahead with the grey cladding as I wanted a modern look. It has been up since the end of last year and I use it every day for work. So far I haven't had any issues and it looks very good.

I’m really happy with the garden room I had built in the summer. The company was recommended to me by friends, as they had a garden office built and the quality was better than I expected. I chose to upgrade to underfloor heating and also had some composite decking installed for a bbq area.
