Horrible company. I placed an order on 4/24/2020, and still to this date 8/2/2020, I have not received my order.

My painting came out amazing. It was definitely time consuming but worth it in the end. My boyfriend cried when I gave it to him. If you are wanting to do a custom painting make sure your picture has good lighting and give yourself enough time to get it done well.

Don't order. This is the review I TRIED to leave on their website July 26. Of course it didn't show up ...

My experience ...
*March 30 - ordered
* April 9 - told order was shipped. Tracking number didn't work
* April 14 - after inquiry, told this was "perfectly normal"
* April 23 - tracking number still doesn't work. After inquiry told they contacted "logistics"
* May 11 - number works, but just sitting in China. After inquiry, received a form letter email.
* June 3 - Still in China. After inquiry was told told shipping was 20-60 business days due to Covid.
* June 13 - Still in China. After inquiry promised replacement or refund.
* July 4 - Still in China. After inquiry was told company would send replacement. I responded I preferred refund.
* July 5 - Was told request for refund would go to manager for processing.
* July 12 - no refund, no merchandise, tracking number expired. After inquiry was told it would be followed up on.
* July 22 - no refund, no merchandise. No response to last email. Also blocked from FB group and unable to comment on FB ads. Betting this will never show up, but it's my last line of communication!

My order still hasn't shown up after 3 months. I have had PayPal investigating this case now for 2 months..still not resolved. The company gave a tracking number saying it was shipped but when tracked there is no info on it. This is a scam!!!

I ordered in April and received tracking numbers that did not work. I knew shipping was delayed but nothing came and when I contacted them they said it really had shipped and sent me some tracking number that worked but when I tried it again it didn't. I tried to reclaim my money through Paypal and suddenly my items arrived - nearly 4 months later. Do not purchase from here. I believe it's mostly a scam and that you won't receive your items unless you fight for them.

HORRIBLE! I ordered in the beginning of April and still have not received all of my order. And they will not refund. BUYER BEWARE!

UPDATE!
I had written a review saying this was a scam. I ordered a painting from April 2020. I emailed the company so many times and they said it’s on the way. I disputed the purchase with my cc company. The tracking number went no where. Today the item was received. It is actually a very very nice canvas. Hopefully everyone’s purchase will come soon.

The order took three months and a week to arrive, but it did arrive. It isn't a con. Just be prepared to wait for it.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER from this company
Ordered back in April & have only recieved generic email responses blaming covid for delays. Never got an email to confirm order was dispatched or tracking number.

That's a scandal. I paid 60 chf and ordered by the end of march, never recieved anything. I wrote several e-mails, at the beginning one answer speaking about covid 19, there never more an answer. 1 month ago I recieved randomly one mail from an other mail (men's leather belt ??) sending me an inexistent track number..
DO NOT ORDER BY THESE GUYS.
12.08. : I recieved my order, it was not all right (got the wrong canvas), but I recieved it and it really good quality!

My order took 4 months to arrive, I understand that Covid has made massive delays this is not my problem. During this time I moved to a different city and I asked them to change my address. This is what FedEx had told me to do. Their response was incredibly rude and I am appalled by their customer service. They have also refused to refund me the $50 I spent. The tracking number they sent me also does not work on any other site besides track24, which is useless if you're trying to track it with a specific company like FedEx.

I really like these people. I had some problems with an order and they took care to make everything right. I even got upset with them and they still treated me very good and were very polite. I have ordered again from them with no problems at all. I LOVE THEM AND THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED!

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I also have emailed on several occasions only to get the same response blaming covid and stating order was shipped and given a fake tracking number. I have filed a claim with PayPal and hope to get it resolved. Will forever now read reviews before purchasing online again! Scammers! Do not purchase from them!

SCAM! NEVER received my order from April. Absolutely no customer service! Don’t waste your time and money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Ordered 2 paintings in March. I was told twice I would be sent a replacement. Never arrived. When I started demanding a refund, they stopped communicating with me. I asked them over email and facebook messenger. They should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I suggest you do to.

I ORDERED ONE IMAGE BACK IN MARCH. I WAS HOPING TO GET IT BY APRIL. THEN I WAS HOPING TO GET IT BY OUR ANNIVERSARY IN JULY. IT STILL HAS NOT COME IN. IVE EMAILED AND NO RESPONSE. ITS A SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered on April 12, 2020. Not delivered yet, on July 26. PayPal is trying to get either my money or product. Not much hope on either one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS.

i ordered in April 29th & did not receive it till today 26 july 2020, they sent me email in 5th june that they handled my order to shipping company but i did not receive any tracking number. worst costumer service

I put my order in feb 8 th 2020 and still have not reviewed it. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are committing fraud. Will not give me a refund nor communicate with me

Never recorded my order (from early April). I get the same automatic email response anytime I contact them and can not locate a phone number to call. Am disputing the charge with my credit card company. So frustrated with them. Don’t order. It’s a scam.
