Product arrived broken. I made the mistake of not inspecting upon delivery and by the time I noticed the damage I was outside of the 30-day return window and My Patriot Supply was unwilling to help in any way.

Some of my family members and I previously ate food from MPS, and at the time it tasted good. This was a few months ago, and unfortunately I don’t remember which items we had.
Recently, we tried the Creamy Chicken Flavored Rice and, today, the Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Soup. Honestly, both were barely edible, and nobody in the family liked them. There was a strong chemical aftertaste, which makes me wonder if preservatives might be the cause. My grandson thought the issue might be the rice itself, saying it tasted very old.
For reference, the Creamy Chicken Flavored Rice has a manufacture date of 10 Jan 2024 [13:22], and the Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Soup is dated 17 Jan 2024 [16:50]. I’m curious whether anyone else has had a similar experience.

I have ordered from My patriot Supply so many times I can't remember how many. I have never had a problem with an order and the foods taste amazing for the most part. I have used this company for probably for ten or twelve years if not longer. Never a problem. Delivery is fast and packaging is always good as well. I even signed up to be an affiliate but I have never sold anything.

I got my supplies quickly, checked out everything in the boxes. Everything looks good!

I never had a problem with them until they double charged me on a recent order. I have yet to speak to a human being after 2 days of trying. I don't think I'll ever do business with them again.

This is an on going complaint about this company. I was notified by email today that I placed an order with this incompetent company. I would not waste another penny on this company. They have no integrity and for a survival company you'd think that was important. It is farthest from the truth. I never made an order with this company, they are just trying to see how far they can push this. While on the subject, there 24/7 phone service is not available. The only time they answer is during normal business hours. That is real integrity if you ask me. Don't have issues on weekends unless you want to get them to take a credit card number. That is the only way. This useless company is only worried about their piss poor performance which is far from being just ok.

In 2019, I bought a 30 day (2 buckets) from Patriot Pantry for $117 and now they are on sale for $197. I'll be honest with you, even at $117, it's complete crap and maybe worth $50. Lots of extremely inexpensive rice, pasta and most of the buckets are the cheap products. Some of the packaging inside was damaged so forget the 25 year shelf life on those! Do yourself a favor and just buy these items by themselves and put it in a air-tight bucket. I called Patriot Pantry on the carpet about their massive price increase and they told me the same old story "costs more for the materials". I know they are just greedy like 90% of all retail out there now.

So far, great experience with MyPatriot Supply. They are partnered with Grid Doctor. I bought the 3300xp, and 3300xp expansion battery. Generator has a built in UPS and Pass thru. Works Great. My only complaint with Grid Doctor, is the 200 Watt solar panel. I am always running at 30 to 50 watts less coming in then other panels I have tested it against. If not for the panels I would of given 5 stars. BTW customer service has been great so far too.

After I purchased the products, I was disappointed to read on the label that most of the food contains bioengineered ingredients.

My service was exceptional. I had an issue with Apple Pay and My Patriot fixed for me. I don’t understand the other service issues people have had. I think great company

So, this is primarily about ‘Uncle Frank’s Italian Lasagna’ which I have learned is discontinued. I just want to add onto the reason for why. For context, my parents had bought a kit which included this ‘lasagna’ a good few years ago. We assumed that since this brand claimed their product was good up to 25 years we’d actually have a go at one of the packages. The victor for this selection amongst the contesting Maple Grove Oatmeal, Independence Hall Chicken Noodle Soup, was, you guessed it, Uncle Frank’s Italian Lasagna. What can I say? My brother and I were feeling adventurous, much like our forefathers before us. So much like our forefathers, we waited for the water we had drawn from our tap to boil on our electric stove top as we sat around listening to comedians on the most patriotic app ever; Tiktok.

Soon it was time to add the innards of the bag to the water to boil. We opened the bag and a foul odor immediately wafted into our faces. Which we soon guessed must have been a demon assigned to add something to our noodles and decided to escape the bag, finally being freed from its prison. Much like other minor contaminants, we thought the boiling water would solve our problems. Twenty minutes later I hoped a smell resembling flavor would arise from within the circle. However, no such miracle ever happened. My brother and I looked at the pot, wondering if the escaped demon was essential for this meal to be made, since it didn’t look all that promising.

Nevertheless, we persisted, and mostly hoped this wasn’t a huge waste of time. My brother and I looked at each other, wondering where this adventure into the unknown would lead us as we took our first bites.
At first I wondered if I had somehow missed my own mouth, but then I felt something. I would like to think of it as the instinctual reaction our forefathers felt when they noticed the British increasing the tax rates. The British were making themselves known on my tongue as if they were trying to reclaim America in the disguise of red, white, and blue marketed meals, taxing me for the flavors which were not there.

The next emotion and reaction I had was to turn the heat back on and scorch it til the Earth was safe once more. However, my brother stopped me. Instead of burning it like a Salem witch, my brother suggested a more merciful option, an exorcism.
My brother had to recite some Latin while stirring in some salt, until whatever remaining British thoughts and prayers of seasoning were banished from the pot. We had a circle of seasonings around the stove top, drowning out the cries of the Red Coats with each dusting. The result was mediocre, but mediocre was miles beyond where we had started. Though I suppose what could have made it better was playing the star spangled banner while we added our spices into the water.

My conclusion, besides the potential waste of food, maybe this was supposed to be a reminder. One that was designed by a higher power or the creators of this brand themselves, a reminder to myself and many others the reasons why we succeeded from Britain in the first place. To be rid of higher tax rates and bland food.

1/10 Would revolutionize again.

I put in an order hoping it would be delivered in less than a week and it was on my doorstep about 27 hours after I placed my order. And I live in a rural area. Talk about fast delivery. Quality seems good as well.

I placed an order and was click baited into purchasing a larger order. I immediately emailed customer service within 5 minutes of placing my order asking to correct the error. I received a reply 25 min later saying my order was already packaged and ready for shipment! I than called them via phone and I was told the same thing. Too late!! What Company has your order Package and shipped withing 2 hrs!! I was told my only option in returning and avoiding shipping costs for the added item was to refuse the order. After reading these reviews I plan to refuse the entire order!! Should have check here first!!

Deceptive marketing got me, I purchased the buy 1 get 2 free 1 week food supply kits, it's very disappointing. Each kit includes 6 packages, one is some kind of "Energy" drink powder, 1 Oatmeal, 1 Rice and Vegetables, 1 "Fireside" Stew, and 2 Mac and Cheese. My first issue is the fact that they all require being able to store already prepared meals for days, second is I never would have purchased if I had known 1 of the items would be some kind of Kool-Aid, 3 is the deceptive name of the company, this is nothing but a low integrity co. counting on fear mongering for sales, 4 is fine print shows Bio-Engineered food is used, to be honest I'm not sure if this is absolutely necessary for the 25 yr. shelf life or not.

Terrible to deal with. Placed an order and they marked it shipped two days later. When I track it it shows it never shipped. When I called them they said they are really backed up on orders. I asked why they marked it shipped and he did not have an answer. He said when they catch up they will ship it. I told him just to refund my money and he said he cannot because there is already a shipping label attached to it. Go buy elsewhere! Not a real Patriot company!

MY patriot Supply will not help if you run into problems with orders. I waited on the phone for nearly 2 hours, no one home. Tried chat, only robots, no customer service. Tried emailing. Just got, "oh Im sorry". No help, no direction, nothing. They just said they probably cant stop the order, which I placed 3 hours ago! This was my first and last time using this company. Go ahead, see for yourself. Its absolute customer hell.

Ordered frozen fruit and 2 pounds of chicken in early May. I called in late May and told no delivery due to Memorial Day weekend. Finally notified it was shipped second week in June. Took 5 days FedEx. Box smelled rotten before opening. Pkgs blown up rotting. No response to email within 1 hr of delivery, phone calls went to voicemail. In the meantime it took 2 weeks with a dispute filed with credit card company to get at credit to my card. Why they would ship frozen food over 5 days to florida in June leads me to question their policies. In the meantime I had 23 lbs of rotten chicken, etc to live with until garbage pick-up. Company is bad news.

I ordered military meals and never got it. It was suppose to be delivered May 4. When I complained they just kept sending me blurry pictures over and over again of it being delivered. This company is a scam and I would recommend you not buying from them because they do not stand by there products and will just take your money

I ordered the Alexipur Pro water system that was supposed to come with the stand, four filters, and the 5 gallon water container. What I got was the filters and filtration system. So I'm missing the stand and water container. Called the company and they said I could send it back, but I'd have to pay shipping.., and when I asked if they could include the standard 5 gallon water container and charge me what it would've cost had they shipped it all together, I was told it would cost more ordered separately. Steer clear of this company. Most disappointing purchase I've ever made, and most companies would fix this.

Edit: After a few days I was contacted by the company and they agreed to send the water container and stand.
