Walked past shop as they were getting ready to close and gentleman called Arkan yagmur served me, he went out of his way to help me instead of rushing to close. Very professional and very polite. Polished up a ring for me and I purchased it. Amazing service.

I visited Angie in Peckham, she was extremely friendly and provided quick service. Would 10/10 recommend!!

My husband and myself have visited a couple of times (separately) in the past. The most recent visit was a few weeks ago (Feb 2023). All the staff at Dartford who assisted us in selling our jewellery were absolutely brilliant - helpful and patient and took their time evaluating every piece of jewellery for us (and took us to a private section in the shop which we really appreciated). We had a few bits to sell and were happy with the price given. In addition the knowledge of the lady/Jeweller we saw was very impressive. We will be returning again to buy and sell. Thanks Dartford Pickwick Jewellers. Great Experience. We were so impressed we returned with a box of chocolates!

I’ve used pickwicks in Folkestone for years .Always very quick and very helpful with customers . One time my chain i had put in was let’s say a bit tangled and Lucy went out of her way with her colleague to sort this out for me . Always a happy atomsphere in the store and definitely the best gold shop

I have been using the Maidstone branch for around 5 years now. Although there are other alternatives in Maidstone, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their service is always friendly, professional and any communication made is always speedy and helpful. Mike was very helpful on my last visit and has also been in the past. Would thoroughly recommend 👌
