Exactly the same as everyone else. Ordered a rocking chair, received confirmation email but link and tracking doesn't work. Feel so stupid!!

Please read all other reviews. I ordered 2 chairs as everyone else did. Order 'dispatched' but nothing arrived snd tracking link does not work.

Exactly the same as all other comments are saying. I ordered on 25/05/25 - 2 chairs plus shipping protection. Got a dispatch notice and a delivery notification (but that was for the 'shipping protection'. All links to website don't work, the store has gone from the shop app, and the emails bounce back. As it was on tiktok I trusted it would be ok. Noticed they are now going by Alomie so I would avoid them too. Raised with my bank, who should be able to return the money. Fingers crossed.

I ordered 2 rocking pod chairs ( advertised on TikTok) from Plushy. They took my money and 2 days later i received an email in my junk folder confirming the order. I clicked on view your order and it said "Something went wrong" and "the link you requested is no longer available'.
I then noticed that the same advert on TikTok is exactly the same as Plushy now called Alomie!!!!

Just like everyone else, I too ordered two chairs, and now the link does not work, emails bounce back. No response to email sent. I'm so disappointed as I was so looking forward to these chairs and I feel a right idiot for getting scammed.
Hopefully I can get my money back from the bank.

Tracking number never worked, contact email and website have also disappeared.

To those from the UK, contact your bank or credit card provider to dispute and raise scam transaction. They will try and get money back, you will have protection and therefore will receive your money back. Only way to hit these scammers is by doing this and not just letting them walk away.

Complete Scam - ordered chair 26/04 - got order confirmation and tracking on “CJ PACKET” which showed its transit from china - fine. Now it says it was delivered by yodel - no parcel received. Links on emails now do not work, website doesn’t exist. Probs not getting my chair. Not even bothered about the money, it was the perfect chair that I have been looking for for months. AVOID

Saw advert on TikTok for a cushioned rocking chair, said had trustpilot reviews, over 200 of them…. I purchased, as well as delivery protection. Did not get a purchase confirmation email, was not showing up on my TikTok orders, the company disappeared- videos gone, so wish I had actually checked here first!!! Nothing I can do now until 15 days to then dispute!
Literally just found the purchase email in my junk box, link don’t work, email bounces back, can see as someone else has said on here, they have now changed their “shop” to Alomie

Scam Company - ordered 2 chairs after seeing them on tiktok and facebook - now the links are broken and the email address no longer exists.. am trying to claim my money back through my bank - they are now trading under a different name - AVOID

Ordered chairs on the 25th April through Tiktok and got a confirmation email and order update. Now it has all disappeared, the shop, website, email all do not exist. Complete scam, don’t waste your money.

I ordered 2 pod chairs on 29th April, I got confirmation saying it had been sent out! Cannot get any more info has the link is now broken on website and can not track items. I also paid for shipping protection. I have been completely ripped off !!

Link vanished after getting order updates and everything. I dont know how to claim my money back.

Ordered the rocking chair on 25th April, no shipping details, no sign of it arriving and the email just bounces, think I need wave goodbye to my cash. Don’t order it’s clearly a scam company

Got conned the shop doesn't exist anymore nsither does the email address provided, no response and I need to wait till Monday to see if I can claim money back from the bank.

SCAM - this is a scam website. Please do not enter your bank details.

It’s a scam! Hoping bank and retrieve my money but I fear it’s lost. Lesson learnt. Bought a chair- website now non existent.

I thought I was smarter than this!

Bank give me a temporary refund, but spplushy has challenged my complaint. Bank say they have enough information regarding my complaint to continue. How they have the nerve to challenge this when they took my money and didn’t send the chair baggers belief.
They are now selling under a different name and it is t alomie.

Order the chair 25th April got confirmation it had been sent out. Cannot get any more info has the link is now broken. Also generic response from the contact details. Also the shop/ email doesn’t exist now. Beware looks like the item is now been sold under another site name.

Ordered a Plushy Pod chair 26th April, received emails confirming order and shipment, all looking legit. But now when I click on any link on these emails, i keep getting an error page saying that the links are no longer available. I'm worried I've been scammed now.

Myplushy.shop pod rocking chair advertising on Tiktok stating 827+ Trustpilot 5*reviews. I trust Trustpilot so thought it would be all legit, was ready to enter my bank details then stopped, came onto the actual Trustpilot app and couldn't find Myplushy.shop so deleted my details so fast my fingers are burning! No way of reporting Myplushy.shop so hopefully folk will check here first!
