I rarely write reviews, but MyProjectz truly deserves this.

From day one, I had complete trust in their team. Ateeq Ahmed, the CEO, leads an exceptional company with a highly professional and dedicated tender writing team. They took the time to understand our business in depth and guided us towards the most suitable tenders. Every step of the process was handled with care, precision, and clear communication.

Their tender writers were incredibly supportive throughout, ensuring everything was well-written, detailed, and fully personalised to highlight our strengths. Most importantly, everything was submitted on time without any stress on our end. Thanks to their expertise, we successfully won 5 tenders, and our business has grown in ways we had never experienced before working with MyProjectz.

Our journey didn’t stop there. We later trusted them with our website, and their digital team exceeded expectations. They guided us through every technical detail, built an outstanding website, revamped our logo, and even managed our social media. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company. We used them for tender writing and it has been nightmare experience. I have just gone through the last tender they wrote for us but we were kicked out straightaway due to a very important information they missed. I went through the same tender last night and I could not believe what I have seen, submitted by “an expert in tender writing”. We changed our company name towards end of 2024 and they were updated with the new details and updated policies. Very surprising that an “expert” in tender writing and having been with them for over year since changing our name she then decided to upload old policies with the old name and not updated. So in this case, old policies with our previous name were submitted alongside ICO Certificate and DSPT with our new name. (Tell me how does this even make sense) I am not surprised we were booted out soon the procurement began evaluating the tenders . What kind of an expert does this stupid mistake.

When we started working with my Projectz end of 2023, we were new in the Procurement process and trusted them based on what they told us they could do. We paid £2000 which has brought us nothing but useless tenders which I wouldn’t have done if I knew what I know now. Now that I have a bit of understanding with tendering process and looking at all tenders they wrote for us that were unsuccessful, about 4/5. I am not surprised and some information appears as if was taken from google, not making sense and inconsistent. We received feedback that the tenders were poorly written and I have evidence of this.

Ateeq-the boss. I don’t know what to say about him, once he has taken your money, very money driven man with no sympathy for other people. He doesn’t care, he is very money driven and he was demanding I pay for tender writing when they had failed to deliver and there was poor communication about re-writing to replace the tenders they failed. He argued that they were not charity due to timescale that we had not identified a replacement tender for them to re-write. This was not mentioned/ communicated that we had to choose a tender within certain period. He is very arrogant, unprofessional with zero people’s skills and gets defensive and angry when you put a bad review. Do a good job and deserve a good review. There has been a few mentions about his attitude and people’s bad experience in a few groups on Facebook after he had taken people’s money for tender writing and not done what he had promised.

This kind of service is very disgusting and frustrating especially for new business owners who are trying to make it in the industry. So I am surprised how they gave these good reviews when ours was nowhere near. Feedback was that tenders were poorly written, another one was incomplete and the last one with our old company name on policies was rejected as soon they started evaluating tenders due to a very simple information missed. At other time we waited believing a tender was submitted but only later to be told it wasn’t and there was a mistake that occurred-imagine. The staff cannot even read and understand the tender requirements which is very important from the start. I have evidence of everything mentioned here and it is not that I want to destroy My Projectz for no reason but I do not want anyone going through what we have gone through ourselves. Stay away or risk losing your hard earned money.

We tried to work with them with the hope that they were going to improve but it never worked until we both got frustrated at each other as there was no improvement.
Ateeq will try to defend himself but it won’t work as I have evidence of everything mentioned here. They once tried to defend themselves by saying they won tenders that required CQC rating when we didn’t have it but got stuck when I asked them to produce evidence as this was a lie.

I want to thank the whole My Projectz team for being so great at what they do and their professionalism towards new clients and people like myself who are struggling for new business. When I spoke to Zarah she guided me so well and held my hand step by step. The result I won my first tender within a few weeks with them. Thank My Projectz, and thank you Zarah.
