The information was very low quality.
All the links to their social media, google and other searches of the person turned out to be dead or empty.
All the scores seemed to not be based on any data or information.
I could not get a feel if this person was a good to rent to. Not due to them, but the low quality of the multiple agencies. And I got the $55 full version.

We have great response from Myrent, they are our first choice for renting out apartments always.
