created an account/profile by a mistake, I thought that it was another site/trading company. When I found out, I tried to log in and delete my profile. This is not possible. I wrote emails to them, explaining the mistake and asked them to delete my profile. No response.
Now they call me 10-20 per day. After several times answering their calls, where I (again) asked them to stop contacting me, I got irritated. Instead of accepting my request of stop contacting me, they just threaten me to contact me every hour. DON'T EVER create a profile unless your 1000% sure, that you will do business with them.

How Mysafemarket almost ruined my life, January 2020 I contacted this company and initiated a trade with 15000 dollars. My account manager told me I'm doing well and we can proceed in investing more. I reasoned along with him and within 3 months I've invested more than a hundred thousand dollars. April i noticed a downfall in trade and my account was traded all away down. They won't answer emails and withdrawal requests. It was a terrible experience for me but few weeks I trolled up with a forensic experts which I read about online. I really appreciated Alex and his team of RETRlEVE Hub,org for the job well done. Within few days i got my money back from this fraudulent brokerage company. Keep away from this scammers.

I contacted Mysafemarket on 2nd March 2020 and spoke with. Person regarding investment. From the outset I explained to him that I was not interested in trading myself (as I have experience myself) but in using the automated algorithm. I was allocated an account manager who I also explained this too, and who said this would be fine, but insisted in teaching us how to trade using meta trader4. Eventually, upon insistence he said this was the semi automated algorithm. In all fairness, our trades did make a little money, which was in proportion to our minimum investment; but our account manager hardly ever contacted us when we had a question, which made trading virtually impossible, as we had no experience. Since then, due to personal circumstances, we have contacted him several times as we cannot work out how to withdraw our money, but this too is proving impossible: all we want is too withdraw our funds, as from the onset they said this would not be a problem, but they have made this impossible. If you wish to invest, avoid this company, as what good is making if you are not allowed access to withdrawing it?!!,

I have paid 250 euros and I can not get it out again they cancel my withdraw every time and they will not answer my question, never trust this website again all my life the pure theft

Thought this was a genuine investment company trusted them with my life savings which I lost within a matter of days during January 2020 after making a substantial profit I was told I would be getting some of my investment back however after being given poor advice by my Accounts Manager I ended up loosing everything.
I tried to recover some of my investment and was told yes we will refund you the deposit of £250.00 i'm still waiting.
Even then they were trying to encourage me to borrow further money I was told they didn't want to loose my account.
I believed my investment would allow me to make more profit than leaving it where it was in a Bank.
But now wish I hadn't moved it sorry rather they hadn't.
I now sincerely believe I was scammed and I was told by my Bank
security dept the same but I was totally taken in by this company and refused to listen.
Please think seriously about signing up with this company despite the huge page they have on the web.

I've been scammed by this artists, I'm still trying to get my money back, they keep calling me saying I'm doing money laundry, when I say I don't want to use their services because they are a scam they say I need to play and loose money if I want to get some money back, don't fall for this scamers, block your card and announce the authorities!!!

Первое место, где мне вообще вывели деньги. Причем не пришлось ждать год/век/вечность, единственное, что бесило - долго проверяли документы. Есть чат с сапортом. Куча крусов и вебинаров, есть даже обучение для совсем чайников. Хочется, чтобы в 2020 брокер и дальше так работал. Работаю так уже 2 месяца, пока доволен.
