Changing from a 5 star review to a 1 star review and if I can rate it less I will. I will be honest my first set of photos were professional and looked good. I asked for one more photo for my Amazon listing and I specifically asked to keep the same theme and design. He completely missed the idea. So I told them I do not like this image it didn’t show any professionalism and it didn’t fit the same design as the other photos. So I sent them some suggestions of how I want it to look and they wanted to charge me another $30 on top of the $50 I already for their mess up. I said I’m not paying for something you messed up. I asked for my money back and they refused. I’m not saying this service is bad for everyone but for my experience it is. I won’t continue to use their services. They try and make it seem like it’s your fault. There’s better services out there who will work with their customers. This is not how you deal with customers who wanted to continue business with you.
