I honestly can’t thank Malik enough for the incredible service he provided. From the moment I got in touch with him, he was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. What really stood out was how humble and down-to-earth he is – he truly listened to what I needed and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

He worked hard to find me the best possible deals, and I could tell he genuinely cared about getting me great value for my money. Whether it was flights, hotel bookings, or extras like transfers and insurance, everything was sorted smoothly and efficiently.

Malik made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. He was always available to answer questions, quick to respond, and super organised. I’ve dealt with a few travel agents before, but none have matched the level of service and care that Malik provided.

Scammers! DO NOT BOOK TICKETS from them.

I paid £5k for 5 tickets from MN to ISB, after getting paid they asked £1.6k more just because they couldnt bought ticket on time. So I had to pay them more. When I reached ISB and when it was time to get back they approched me again saying that your return flight has been cancelled and you will have to pay £2k more. WTH!!!!!

I had to contact airline directly and got return tickets for free which these SCAMMERS were asking for £2k extra.

I booked a flight with them from Islamabad to London. Gatwick made the payment and was meant to receive an email but never received the confirmation. They have deducted money from my account and I do not have any proof of my ticket. I tried to contact on the customer care phone number and it wouldn’t let me talk to anyone without the order number which I don’t have as I have not received any email.. I’m stuck in Islamabad pakistan and really worried about my flight in two days time and I have no proof and no way of contacting these scammers. The worst company i have ever seen in my 27 years of travel

Had the worst experience ever with Flightech Ltd - My Trip UK!
Purchased 11 tickets from Manchester to Islamabad with a man called Danish who till the time of taking my money was very co-operative. Danish quoted me £600 for a ticket and later said it was £1000+ when I informed he already quoted me £600 he said just for this once I'll take £600 off you but its actually £1000+ (making no sense, just trying to make money on me wherever he can). After that, he was no where to be seen when I needed information/advice. I was informed that 24 before the flight, I could select my seats for free, at the end he said I would have to pay for them as they are selected seats, however I had to pay for even middle isle middle seats. Requested a call back several times from him and not once did he call back.
When I called to change my return date - by chance Danish answered the call, he tried changing my original ticket for £1050, and then later quoted £1275. Besides this, he was giving me false information not knowing I have travelled many times before, him telling me quote of £1000+ and saying this does not include luggage and that I will have to purchase luggage separate! The airline I was travelling with (Qatar airways) told me he was trying to make money on me and that changing my original ticket would cost no more than £424 including luggage. When informing Danish about this he had nothing to say and didn't even have the decency to apologise or to back himself up as to why he was trying to sell a £424 ticket for £1275!

Ridiculous service absolutely disgusted would never ever recommend this company to anyone in the future, all they do it charge ridiculous amounts for the tickets, on top of this charging for seat selection. Would never even think about booking my tickets with these guys again!

Tried to change 22kg luggage from one passenger to myself due to daughter being unable to fly but was told this can't be done, so I would need to add another charge for the same 22kg suitcase to my name. Absolutely ridiculous and I won't be using this company again.

I found flight tech team members with good behaviour and efficient specially anas is so helpful and cooperative person, he’s found fares for our tickets with in a minutes which is very reasonable for us and booked our ticket very quickly , i’m very happy with the service of anas and his team

This the second time booking with these guys. Tbh I always shop around for prices & price match with fares. However on this occasion I was looking to travel at peak time. I managed to in contact with a guy called Malik , I told him the fares I was getting with the date. Malik stayed in contact with throughout the period he was finding fares, messaging me fares with different airlines I had an option to choose from. Eventually after searching Malik found me a great deal on the fares, beating my local travel agent by £200 on the same flights. Maliks always make time for you, even busy with another client, he is assured to call you back.

I booked with Danish and he helped to find me good and affordable deal to Pakistan. It was great flight no hassle and booked extra luggage.
