Chris is hands down, one of the most treasured instructors I've had during my 20 year license tenure. He blends the breadth and depth of knowledge and experience with course guidelines creating a juicy mix that makes me excited to learn. As a Real Estate veteran, I believe the most valuable nuggets we service our clients with include industry knowledge, past, current and the ability to speak to future conditions, as this market is cyclical. I've taken many CE classes...this was not only informative by conversations kept going which made the time go by faster. Chris was awesome...will take his CE classes moving forward.

By allowing everyone to read part of the material aloud, the instructor kept everyone engaged and participative. There was very good interaction with the students and the learning was made fun.
