Well....average as I haven't had to file a claim or need any help at this point. If and when I do, I'll have something more to share. My only feedback is it felt a little "car salesman" with the constant texts about signing up for the insurance. I get it....you want my business but eight texts over one week was annoying.

The essential coverage and insurance
I was very impressed with the friendliness, and prompt 1 day service that we received from Kenya. Couldn't ask for better service or response time to our request for additional coverage, especially replying on a Saturday. No frills, no upsets and a reasonable price.

I had the unfortunate circumstance where I damaged my new ring that thankfully I had insurance on. It’s my first time getting insurance on any jewelry and I’m so glad I did. The process was simple. Julia of Zillion sent me a simple claim form to complete. I brought it to my jeweler and everything else was taken care of for me. Couldn’t have been any easier. I highly recommend Zillion insurance for coverage of your valuable jewelry.

Support when you lose a treasure
When you lose something of great value, you're upset, angry, sad, and usually mad at yourself! The people at Zillions are so understanding and empathetic to the emotional part of losing a treasure.
