The signup process was very easy and straightforward. After purchasing my Rolex, I received a text with the option to insure it through Zillion, and I was able to get coverage set up quickly without any hassle.
Overall, the experience was fine, but there wasn’t really much interaction or service beyond signing up for the policy, which is why I gave it 3 out of 5 stars. Nothing went wrong, but there also wasn’t anything that really stood out enough for me to rate the experience higher.
