We had to add pictures and appraisals of two previous purchases that we were also including in the policy with our recent purchases. We then called concierge services and spoke with Eric and he was extremely helpful and looked at everything that had been sent and said that he would get it processed immediately and sent back to us shortly with an annual quote. Within minutes we received the information and we were able to purchase the annual policy on our jewelry, which gave us peace of mind. Great job Eric! It was indeed a privilege working with you!

I was so happy I got this insurance for my daughter graduation earrings. We went on vacation and she had lost one in the ocean and was so upset and I told her hey I got insurance on them we called they sent me a email and they handled everything best purchase I have ever made it so cheap and renews every year!!!
