NAC quoted on a job to extend my Garage…
NAC quoted on a job to extend my Garage in December 2025, they made me pay a £7,000 deposit to guarantee the work was completed in January 2026
After multiple excuses in March 2026 they sent subcontractors in to form the base which should have been reinforced as per original quote, then after further delays on 7th April they advised they would not be able to continue and offered half the money back for completing the sub standard base, ( to be paid in a further 30 days)in a meeting
Where I demanded at least £5,000 back to avoid legal action, they admitted they had no money ! I have now had to take out a small claim against them, clearly they will take your money and use it to complete someone else’s job as they have no money “ to rob Peter to pay Paul” I think is the term, DO NOT USE THEM, or risk loosing your Money and a job half done, the way they trade and there finacial situation it will only be time before they go bust owing lots of people money and jobs not completed.

To date, works carried out at your property total in excess of £4,000. Following our decision that we were unable to continue the project, we made it clear that we would refund the remaining balance accordingly. This was communicated to you directly as part of our efforts to resolve the matter fairly and transparently.
We must also respectfully disagree with several claims made in your review. In particular, suggestions around the standard of work, our intentions, and our financial position are not accurate and do not reflect the reality of the situation. While we fully accept that delays occurred and understand your frustration, the characterisation of events and the conclusions drawn are, in our view, misleading.
We take pride in the quality of our work and our business practices, which is reflected in the many positive 5-star reviews we have received across multiple platforms. We are always open to feedback and will take your comments on board; however, we do feel the tone and some of the statements made here are unnecessarily aggressive and disproportionate.
We remain willing to engage constructively and resolve this matter where possible.
