Nairn Fuels deliver excellent service
This was our first order of from Nairn Fuels for our new stove. The process of ordering from the website was easy and presented no problems. Delivery was made on the indicated day on their website.
It would have been good to have known an approximate time of day for delivery as we had to stay in until they arrived which was about midday.
The guys making the delivery were very friendly and even helped carry the loose bags into our garage.
We'd definitely use them again.

This is the second time we have ordered coal from Nairn Fuel & to be honest I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The coal is good, the price is good & the best thing is the coal comes in bags so you know you are getting exactly what you pay for. Also the guys who deliver are helpful & friendly.

Dreadful service. Ovoids delivered to the wrong address, despite instructions given. When I contacted Nairn Fuels, they were very rude to deal with. I won’t use them again. Very disappointing.

Delivered when they said they would and it is well seasoned hardwood... Only reason it is not a 5 star is because they was a few softwood logs in amongst but it was a very small amount so I am been picky.

Delivery was very prompt
Delivery was very prompt, however the driver said he had too big a vehicle to come up our 200yd tarmaced drive and left the 5 bags at the bottom. I am over 80 but luckily son lives nearby with pick-up
