Longest waiting time ive ever seen probably. No infos about my order until i messaged them. Then i got half of my order and there was something doubled and 1 was missing. So im waiting like more than half a year for half of my order. The only good thing is that they answer quite fast on whatsapp.
Being called a spoiled child and saying i have limited understanding prevents also arent very good about customer service. After i asked him to give me his name the guy hasnt replied..

This review is completely unfair and ignores the facts.
You ordered 4 Funko Pops, and 2 of them were clearly marked as pre-order items before purchase. Despite that, we decided to split the shipment and send the available items early at our own expense as a gesture of goodwill, even though we did not have to do so.
Instead of appreciating the extra effort and additional shipping cost (taking in mind the small profit of funko) we took on to help you receive part of your order sooner, you chose to leave a negative review.
We are always transparent about pre-orders, shipping times, and product availability. Reviews like this are disappointing, especially when we went out of our way to provide better service than required.
