You can't beat wine at your doorstep! There are so many wonderful wines to choose from, and I love to know exactly where each bottle comes from. It's wonderful to have the details of the winemaker, the grapes, and the winery on the website, and the customer service is top-notch. Dollar for dollar (or should I say grape for grape), I always recommend Naked Wines.

Joining Naked Wines has made my life so much easier! I love their selection of wines and I haven't had any issues with delivery (I usually have the wine shipped to a hold location near my house). Customer service is great and I LOVE the hassle-free money back guarantee.

asked for refund 4 months ago still not sent

Time wasters, you order from them and don't even deliver on their promises. Waited all day for an order that never came. Then sent a sorry email which they thought would make it all better. Go elsewhere

Superb selection of great tasting wines and very affordable. Subscription services are a great way of getting a great selection and being able to swap out bottles for something different is good. Would (and regularly do) recommend to anyone who loves wine like i do

They sent out a batch of wine after I cancelled my subscription over 3 years ago. Charged my card on file, sent it to an address I have not lived at for over 2 years. I called and talked to 2 separate reps and both said they cancelled and would refund. Neither did. Now I'm forced to dispute it with my bank. As a business owner myself, I consider this to be terrible customer service.

This is basically a scam. The small print signs you in to a subscription taking £25 a month. To cancel this the options are virtually impossible to find. No customer service, a chat bot, and a million things to click through to try to cancel correctly. Definitely don't use unless you want to pay a fortune monthly, and struggle to get out a pile of marketing and fees.

so i stopped drinking wine for a couple of years and put my subscription on hold

If there was a minus stars you would definitely. Be very careful when dealing with this company -unless of course you have money to throw away.
The customer service is appalling. They talk the talk …but don’t hold your breath waiting for something to happen. They are shocking.
I honestly do not know how they are still trading.

Total scam. They sign you up for an Angel subscription without your knowledge. They've changed me almost £100 for something I didn't sign up for, even after I canceled. Avoid at all costs.

Have been a subscriber for about 3 or 4 years. We've enjoyed most of the wines we have rdered. The problem is thedelivery. We've had at least 3deliveries that were missed and I don't mean a little late. One was "out for delivery" on a Friday. It didn't come. The case of wine sat in a FedEx delivery van for 3 days in JULY. Needless to say, we didn't want wine that had been sitting in a van at about 90+ degrees for 3 days. To their credit, they cancelled the delivery and ordered another case for us. The others missed FedEx deliveries claied we weren't home to sign for them. Well, we were home all day and surprise, surprise there was no appearance by a delivery person on our outdoor security cameras. Don't blame Naked Wines but I've about had it with missed deliveries.

Dreadful service across the board. I apparently "won" a mixed case of 6 bottles but somehow it still cost £39.99 and tied me into a subscription I didn't want. I purchased a £50 gift card from Clearpay to pay for my "prize" and applied it to my Naked account. Clearpay now claim MY £10.01 was a "goodwill credit" by them and are refusing to refund it. £10.01 isn't much, but sending patronizing emails about keeping it and setting "my" angel wings aside in case I want to fly again is just skin crawling. If they did that with 10 people, they would profit over £100. Just, avoid.

Very disappointed in the general quality of the wine sent. The magnum contained disgusting Argentinian Malbec - probably their revenge for the Falklands! I won’t be continuing with this outfit.
