Waiting for 18 days for a parcel. This is still at the airport in Brisbane and since april 2nd „ Cleared and awaiting international departure“

I do not understand why you are making promotion with a Swiss .ch Homepage and show to clients that you often deliver without problems to Europe.

I am not happy. You offered me a voucher over aud 25 for my next order but I will not order a new product. I just want to have my payed product.

Their customer service was awesome, they responded super fast to a problem I had with one of their products and fixed it quickly. I've bought a few of their products and they're all really well made.

Very good quality & great to have the backpack option for travelling.

Shipping & delivery was really fast.

My only suggestion would ne to make the outside pockets to hold a drink bottle.

Really easy website, my backpack arrived quickly - I haven’t used it yet but it seems as though it will be comfy to wear and has lots of useful features. I will be tucking it into my suitcase for my touring holiday and using it whilst out and about. My only negative would be it’s a bit tight getting back into its pocket.

Super quick delivery. Amazing products. Hammock is just perfect and the straps so easy to attach to any tree! Love everything about the nakie products.

We love Nakie. Great quality beach towels and the fold down backpack is brilliant. Will be so useful for our world road trip. Fast shipping too.

Bought the black backpack/tote and it looks even nicer than online — satiny strap and really nice finishes. Plus super-practical compartments etc. My new ideal carryon luggage. Oh and delivery was really quick. Very happy.

Produit qui semble solide (à voir à l'usage) mais attention ! je suis en France et j'ai dû payer 12 € de plus à la livraison (taxes). Si j'avais su, je n'aurais pas acheté car trop cher pour une serviette de plage.

Great quality! Would definitely recommend. Will purchase again from this shop 🙂

I ordered 2 Totes, they were exactly what I needed for travelling states, great material also. I missed out on the deal by a few hrs but customer service was great and sent me the extras, would TOTally buy another product!!!!

The back pack/ tote is a great size with plenty of pockets, and great colours!

Simple product list, quick turnaround on orders, and quality stuff.

Product Quality and service is of high standard with quick delivery

I love this product. I was given a hammock as a gift and found it sooo easy to set up anywhere. It’s generous in size, compacts down to nothing. It was so good I purchased 2 more (with the mosquito covers) as gifts. They have a great message too.

We now have a few Nakie products in our household and are happy with all of them.
One of our blankets developed a hole on a seam line. We notified Nakie because they have a lifetime guarantee, and it was replaced without any hassle.
It gives me confidence in the company

I have purchased the beach towels, tote/back packs & the puffer blanket. All are wonderful items, love all of them. Blanket is so warm, kids love the beach towels & back pack is perfect for work.

I couldn’t be happier with these hammocks! From the moment I opened the package, I could tell they were high quality- the fabric is breathable, the stitching is strong and secure, and the colors are even more beautiful in person!

They were incredibly easy to set up, and within minutes I was relaxing and very comfortable!

My husband and I have used them in the backyard and taken them to the beach too, and they’ve held up beautifully.

Lightweight to carry, sturdy when hung, and stylish enough to elevate any outdoor space- they’re the perfect combination of function and comfort.

If you’re considering these, don’t hesitate! They’ve completely transformed my relaxation time, and I would absolutely purchase again!

I may even purchase the no-knot tarps in the future so we can try hammock camping.

Thank you to the Nakie team for your superb professionalism and your wonderful products!

I love this bag! I have told my friends to buy one too. Versatile and easy to store.
I love the design and print!

So happy with my purchase and everything related! First up, I loved the ads on Facebook with the video reels showing the hammock and setup etc. I didn’t even know I wanted a hammock! Then the range of colours was so good I deliberated well into the night when I should have been sleeping instead of scrolling! And then there was the great deal with a free bug net with purchase, how could I not get one! And the towels look so good, I had to take advantage of the bundle discount…
Once my order was placed, I was still thinking about all those colour options and suddenly changed my mind! Was it too late? A quick email to support at stupid o’clock - hoping it would be seen before the order was packed and sent the next morning - was successful because a very real person replied saying no problem, and sorted it out right away. Great customer service and very much appreciated!
I really liked the funny order confirmation - thanks for the chuckle.
And then when my stuff came, it didn’t take too long to get up here to the NT (especially when some companies don’t even deliver to Darwin, having a timely and FREE delivery is just great!)
I was excited to get my hammock - so glad of my colour choice, and it really was easy to set up just like in the videos. It’s great! Now I’m looking forward to my Nakie stuff joining me when I start my vanlife adventures - another reason I chose them is because they’re lightweight and compact so won’t take up too much valuable realestate (and weight allowance) in my van.
Thanks again for a great experience and products!

Easy to order and a great looking product! Even got a free bug net! How good!!
