Got to Nando’s in Crayford at 845 with my pregnant wife. The fella at the door was pretty hostile with his “Take aways only” because we had got there late we couldn’t sit down to eat.

He then said only one of us could come In to order. So I asked my wife to wait in the car.

While waiting to be served a Nando’s employee without explanation said someone was in front of me and Ushered someone to get served before me.

Also while waiting another employee approached me with “what are you getting” I told him I was unsure and I’ll decide at the till then he responds with “cause there’s no chicken”.

I finally get to the till and I’m seeing people getting their food. I ask why my wife & I were not allowed to sit, the woman responds with “because you came after 9”

News flash! I was there well before 9!
Poor service all round by every single person who approached me.

Needles to say I walked out and went Hazine for dinner.

Usually Nando’s is great but our most recent experience was very disappointing. We used the click and collect service at the Showcase Nottingham site and they didn’t hand us both bags of food that we ordered although we didn’t realise this until we got home. We phoned Nando’s as soon as we realised and were treated as if we had stolen from them! We paid good money for this food and simply wanted a refund for the missing items. The staff on the phone were not overly polite and insisted that as their manager had packed the food and therefore we must be lying. Eventually they agreed to check the CCTV and were able to confirm we were telling the truth the following day and processed a refund for the missing items. We will still buy from Nando’s in the future but we won’t be going to that particular site again.

Send me constant emails about being open and for delivery but when i look on your website which has been since you apparently opened says all resturants near me are closed

Nando’s is by far my favourite place to eat EVER! I love how fresh everything is and as someone who goes to the gym and tries to eat somewhat healthy when eating out, Nando's is perfect! I always go for a quarter chicken, saucy spinach, grains and greens and sometimes their peri salted chips. Great service and worth the short wait for the food. Their bottomless frozen yoghurt is also absolutely amazing!!
