Uma agência fantástica com quem trabalhar! A minha experiência enquanto Nanny tem sido super positiva. Aqui sinto-me respeitada, apoiada e segura. Nem tão pouco pondero outra agência. A diversidade de famílias a solicitarem os nossos serviços é algo extraordinário. Dificilmente nos encontramos sem trabalho. As famílias confiam na Nanny Portugal porque nós Nannies trabalhamos com experiência comprovada, temos formações todos os anos que nos actualizam e assim crescemos enquanto cuidadoras e prestamos cada vez mais um melhor serviço. A agência aposta no melhoramento da experiência tanto para as Nannies como para as famílias. Existe o cuidado de ouvir as necessidades das famílias e após validação encaminhar a Nanny que melhor se adequa às necessidades e às características de cada família, bem como ao contrário. Somos muitas, mesmo muitas Nannies associadas a esta agência e a acreditar neste projecto fantástico. I highly recommend Nanny Portugal for their exceptional service in providing newborn care. They connected us with two amazing nannies, Claudia and Patricia, who took wonderful care of our baby from 1 to 2 months. The agency was professional, timely, and incredibly reliable. When we faced a last-minute change, they quickly arranged an alternative nanny overnight, ensuring uninterrupted support. Their dedication and efficiency made a huge difference during our early parenting journey. Highly recommended!

I had a very bad experience with this agency.

I worked with 3 nannies with the agency. The first 2 were temporary nannies that were filling in, until they found a full time nanny. My issues with this agency were the following:

1. The ladies asked to photograph my baby to then send the pictures to their supervisors and nanny group, for the agency to oversee and understand the activities that were being done to with my baby. I allowed it for that sole purpose. Months later I discovered that the agency was using videos and photographs of my child in their instagram account for marketing purposes. They made montages with my child's video in my back yard with the nanny playing in the swing. Plus they had other montages using pictures of my child with a picture of the Nanny in the corner, promoting the agency. In total 1 video plus 2 photo montages with I never gave consent for that purpose. When I found out, I immediatly called the agency, I talked to the owner and requested that they remove all content that showed my child. The owner only removed 1 of the pictures and changed the cover picture of the video of my child ( not removing the full video). I had to call back a second time to ask for the removal. The Owner of the agency was very rude to me. I had to tell her that if she did not remove the content i would have to report the situation and get lawyers involved. Only then did she remove the content. One photo still remains, that shows my child's hands . I never gave written consent for the agency to use my child's images in social media, showing his face or not. That was not what I paid for.

2. The full Time Nanny has been a nightmare to deal with. We arranged for a full time contract for a year. Turns out that when we signed she was pregnant, concealed the pregnancy by suddenly wearing large clothing and waited to tell me only a month into our contract. She only worked for 1 month and 18 days, By then she was already 4 months pregnant. Her pregancy was high risk so she was not allowed to work. Then came maternity leave, and then another leave for the child was born with a medical condition that required surgery. Our contract eventually expired. But now that it has expired , the nanny wants all kinds of compensations reaching almost 3000 euros. They did not give me my money back for this situation. i paid over 2000 euros for the hiring of this nanny.

The agency is very pricey for all the trouble that I went through. At the end of the day they don't care about their clients or their children. I wish I had never contacted them at all !!

We have been working with Nanny Portugal services for many years, I have only positive things to say about our experience with them. The service has been exceptional. Over the years, we have had 3 nannies from this agency and they have all been phenomenal. They were all professional, well trained and loved our kids. The nannies we had were specifically chosen for our family based on our needs, family lifestyle and personalities of our children. Although my children no longer need a nanny, they (we) are still in contact with our originally nanny that Nanny Portugal placed with us. She is still a part of our family!

I've been a Nanny in Nanny Portugal for only a year and i've been working with children for more than 20 years. I'm from the south of Portugal and even though i live away from Lisbon i've always felt the agency close to my real needs.
