Nano has great customer service and they really do honor their warranty! Very nice and easy experience.
No valid phone. No address. No refund!
I have been trying to get my refund for almost two months now. Nano phone lines have been disconnected. Emails only generate automated responses. Nano Hearing Aids does not exist at the address I have on my owner's manual. I encourage people to look elsewhere for their hearing aids, because, in my experience, Nano has not honored their money back guarantee, and the company may have gone out of business.

How dependable are they with no Customer Service
Upon purchasing my hearing aids with in a extremely short time, one of them quit working. I called or tried to call only to find that you no longer have telephone customer service, through the email. I find that I not only have to return the hearing aid that’s not working, but also the one that is working. It takes a week to return the pair of Hearing Aids, another week for Nano to determine that one of them is defective. And yet a third week to get a return pair. Giving me three weeks with no Hearing Aids and no telephone Customer Service. That’s why my two star rating. I’m really beginning to wonder if Nano is going out of business. Over a year ago when I first purchased a set of Hearing Aids, they had excellent phone customer service. I had one quit then, and they sent out a new one as I sent the defective one back to them. That no longer exist. Neither does the phone customer service.

I did not receive them in two days time and I cannot reach anyone to talk to, I have requested. RMA, but I still don't have them, I am not going to open the package but return the immediately. Your phone numbers mbers don't work either. I've contacted affirm to open a disbute.
Nano has very poor customer service…
Nano has very poor customer service when refunds/ RMA’s are requested. Product did not meet my needs. Have already sent 4 requests to no avail. Anyone returning or requesting a refund or RMA your probably going to loose 50% of your payment. Nano banks on you returning the product without an RMA this way Nano can keep 50% of your money. Nano wins either way. My suggestion don’t buy from Nano hearing Aids

Very hard to return. You can’t get anyone through the phone. When I did I finally got a return code sent them back. Got confirmation that the received them still did not get my money back again after weeks of trying still not able to get refund. I finally call my credit card and opened a dispute of the charges. Bank credited my account still have not heard anything from Nano.
Buyer be aware
I would suggest only buying this item if you are 100% sure you will not need to return. My husband had me order these for him and he did not like the way they sounded. He was finally given a return authorization. They were quick to let us know that they received our return. After that I have been back and forth with them to get a refund I've emailed several different times with no results I have started calling them and it's always saying that their agents are busy. I have returned my item a month and a half ago and still do not have a refund. If you don't need to order from this company I would not

The sound is very good and clean. I can hear the radio through the car noise clearly and conversations are easy.
