Really good customer service and helpful. Always responds quickly when messaged, cannot recommend this place enough. I had an issue with my ring and they managed to fix it and send it back within no time. If you’re looking for an engagement ring then please consider coming here, prices are reasonable and the specialists are really accommodating and honest about any preferences required :)

Dishonest and over charge
I bought a item, thought I got a good honest price. Turns out the guy charged me double and also counted the money wrong and took 10 pound more. I took the item to my regular jeweller on the same day as I was walking past the shop and found out that it actually cost much more less. I can’t believe there are dishonest people like this in business. I will never use another jewellers apart from my regular one who is 100% honest and genuine. I only went there as I saw good stuff online and wanted to purchase that item. Stay away and I suggest counting your money properly. And also checking with another gold shop to check that they charged you the right price. But I always find that if you do that to someone then you’ll lose more than you took off someone who bought something they worked hard for. Disgusting behaviour.

We would also like to provide some context; the cost price of gold has been at a significant high in recent times, which does affect pricing across all jewellers. However, we understand this does not excuse the experience you had, and any miscommunication or error in the transaction should never have occurred.

"Terrible experience with nashad jwellers birmingham Bought a 16g bracelet 2 months ago, exchanging a 23g necklace set. We paid an extra £650, which included VAT, import charges, and polish (which we weren't clearly informed about). Now, they're offering £1700 to buy back the same bracelet, claiming these extra charges. Huge difference of £1000, feels like they're taking advantage. Very unhappy with the lack of transparency and poor customer service. Would not recommend."

We would like to clarify a few points with full transparency. VAT is a legal requirement that all UK businesses must charge and declare; this is not discretionary. Import charges are applied by HMRC on goods and are entirely outside of our control. Polishing and finishing charges are part of the craftsmanship involved in preparing a piece to the standard we pride ourselves on. We acknowledge that these charges should have been communicated more clearly at the point of sale, and for that we sincerely apologise.
Regarding the buy-back price: the value we offered takes into account several important factors, including the carat of the item and its condition at the time of return. Combined with the fact that gold prices fluctuate daily based on the live market, the difference in price reflects a fair and accurate valuation, not an attempt to take advantage. Gold prices have been at a considerable high recently, which impacts both buying and selling prices across the industry.

Overpriced and their message response Is super slow. Minimum wait is 2 days to get a reply sometimes they just ignore you and doesn't even bother to reply back. Even after that I bought a piece of jewellery from them as I hardly go to shops. Please check you local stores as the prices are here is a joke

It was our first time getting weddings rings for both sides ! We flew from Paris and the team especially the Diamond expert was so kind and we appreciated a lot his services. When we first collected our ring, Nashad Jewellers themselves told us they weren’t happy with the cut and had already started working on another one. To us, it seemed okay, but because they’re professionals and know better, they immediately noticed the issue and didn’t want us to settle for less. That level of honesty and care is rare.
We managed to exchange the ring and the difference is incredible. We absolutely love the new ring, the engravement on it, the slightly thicker band, and even the detail in the claws, it’s all just perfect.
The customer service has been exceptional. Where most companies might have ignored the issue and left us stuck with a faulty ring just because it wasn’t so clear to the naked eye, Nashad Jewellers made sure we received nothing less than the quality we paid for. That means so much to us, and we’re truly grateful.
And as a bonus, their coffee was amazing too! ☕️
