The purchase of my wife’s car went smoothly as my PX was over 12 years old and wasn’t expecting a great deal for it, but when I came to trade my car in for a new 26 plate vehicle, the salesman offered me well below market value stating that my car had rear disc brake issues, upon disagreeing with him stating that the car had only been to Audi 2 weeks previous and was given a clean bill of health from one of their master technicians ( video proof of this also). Therefore I DIDN’T GO AHEAD WITH THE PURCHASE.
I took my business elsewhere!!!

The salesman took time to explain, respond to questions & to demonstrate the vehicle's controls. He accepted I did not want finance or to sign anything before thoroughly reading & checking paperwork. He was courteous & considerate of our needs. He was efficient & returned calls. The car arrived promptly for test driving, was suitable & in good condition. We were assisted in the process of applying for the installation of an upgraded charger & in transferring personalised number plates.

Brilliant service all round staff go above and beyond to support. Shane in particular provided excellent support.could not fault him.

I had a service booked in at the Cardiff Nathaniel Cars. Greg Kotzamanis couldn’t have done more to help me if he tried! He was so proactive in getting my car dealt with earlier than planned. Kept in touch with me so I could plan my day around collection. Treated me like a queen in store and gave me assurances for future bookings. I heard him giving equally good service to others. His service was so five star I drove away thinking I’m never going to buy cars from anywhere else. When I bought the car Nathan was also brilliant. Can’t recommend this garage more if I tried

Generally a great experience. Our salesman, Christian, was great - polite, helpful and knowledge.
Would give 5 stars, but there was a 2 week delay in delivery of our car. Unfortunately Christian was on holiday, and other staff really weren't helpful, including not calling me back when they had promised to.
On Christian's return, phone calls were made and problem solved. But not before the insurance on the car I was trading in ran out and I had to buy short term cover.
Very happy with my new S5 Trophy!
