Ordered three (3) badge wallets, and the clip doesn't fit through the holder. I modified one, but they were supposed to be gifts. Reached out to Ray, the owner, who sent me an email after I placed my order, in part stating, "One favor: if anything about your order doesn't look or fit quite right when it arrives, reply to this email first before leaving any review or feedback. I can almost always fix it fast — I'd much rather make it right than have you stuck with something that's off." Instead of attempting to "fix it fast", he brushed me off. Now I have three wallets that are garbage.

I've been a customer of this company for six years. When I recently received a product I wasn't satisfied with, the owner, Ray, responded quickly and made things right. He's a genuine person who truly cares about his customers and stands behind his company. Ray has earned my business for life, and I'll continue recommending him to my coworkers. Thank you, Ray!

I ordered a wallet in good faith, and it came $110. The wallet arrived, and it was not made big enough to fit id, credit cards, and shield. I immediately contacted Ray via email, and he responded it will break in. If it’s not made big enough to close, it unusable. You wouldn’t think he’d be scamming police officers out of hard earned money.

I ended up with an over $50 wallet that’s completely unusable and they refuse to assist me in any way. I gave them exact model number on the back of my badge, and apparently that didn’t help - the size of cutout on the wallet they sent me is a joke
