Easy and convenient
Easy to make and cancel and remake my appointment last minute! Appointments available within the next few days, my 1st was the day after! The technician was lovely, he was fast, tidy and explained everything. Easy to pay and no other hassle after! All on my own driveway!

Wasted my time
Time and location booked in , waited over 4hrs for technician , didn't turn up didn't let anyone know he wasn't coming, still got charged for the privilege !!

Faulty Goods Installed / Fraud
These so-called experts installed a faulty and scratched windscreen. They still insisted on payment and said they would return a week later to fit a new windscreen. They did not show up and their call centre had no record of the appointment. Avoid these clowns!

Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely shocking!! First phone call was fine.but unfortunately managed to get us booked in 3 days after the cracked window..
The day the fitter was supposed to be fitting the windscreen. I received a phone call saying he might not make it. Phone call at midday!!!! He didn't turn up and there was no further phone call stating when he'd come.
Day after was Tuesday, I spent most the morning trying to get to various branches. People don't seem to want to help and the phone!! After speaking to a rude lady at the regional call centre(she wouldn't speak to me as I was my wife's current husband who had booked the job in??!!).. got nowhere quick.
Around 9am I received a phone call from a manager apologising for the day before. Asked him ok when are you fitting the windscreen? Current day was Tuesday, his answer was Friday. Heart attack time.. he didn't care and didn't think it was an issue.
Managed to persuade him to book in at a local branch and took myself.
Local branch had one guy doing the lot. Reception was locked up. No wonder you can't get through on the phone. I could go on all day.
Bury and Bolton branches terrible
Bury technician was spot on and over worked . Hats off to him.

Not the best
Made arrangements for the car to be left at home for the mobile service as I could not take the time off work. I received a call at 2:55 (appointment time 1-5) telling me they were meant to call me in the morning (on 4 occasions this was mentioned) that their service vehicles had broken down and if I wanted the job doing on that day to bring the car to the workshop immediately. Which obviously couldn’t happen. Re-arranged for the following Thursday at 11. Dropped car off to be told the person servicing my car was on another job and would be at least 30mins

The technician kept us well informed of…
The technician kept us well informed of his arrival time. He fully explained the process of the repair and possibility of its failure. After he explained the repair was good but we may still notice it slightly. I cannot see the repair unless I look very closely so all is good so far.

He broke the window wipers on the van…
He broke the window wipers on the van so cost me an hour in time to go a buy new and the expense to replace! Nathan told us to ring up and try to get compensation! Nathan should be ringing up to get us compensation not us!
