The actual experience was generally good I live in Shipley and the nearest branch was in South Leeds. I was told it might take up to 4 hours and actually took 1 and a half hours. The geography and variable timings made it less positive than it should have been

Was a great service from start to finish . Came to my office to try to repair the screen , but the crack still showed so booked in for a new screen within 4 days . All done within the allotted time slot and a great job . Staff super friendly as well .

The member of staff in Leeds was very rude totally unprofessional and was not willing to help with my query yet when you ring them up their automated message says we want you to respect and be courteous towards our colleagues but national windscreens need to be told that’s a two way street you need to tell your colleagues to be courteous and respectful towards your customers!!!
