I was able to phone the nearest depot…
I was able to phone the nearest depot to where I was on holiday and bring forward the day for my repair from the day given while booking on the national system.
Not only bring it forward but to the day and time I requested. Brilliant customer service.

Received a call later to take the car to your National Windscreen premises at Bay Road, Derry, for a certain time, which we had agreed to do earlier. Taken immediately when at your premises and replacement windscreen completed within half an hour, and a perfect job.
