Exceptional service - highly recommended
The fitting team turned up on time, they were extremely polite and went into great detail on how the fitting would proceed. You hear horror stories of a "cowboy" approach by some fitters, but this team was exceptional and I would thoroughly recommend them. 10/10

Replacement windscreen fitted…
Replacement windscreen fitted mis-aligned, so now my wipers are mis aligned and cant even lift the wiper to replace the blades, as it now hits the bonnet!! Did not notice at first until attempted to lift the wiper to wash the windscreen...very poor workmanship!

Poor service
First visit to have the screen replaced a bit of trim was broken, the branch (Northampton) replaced it straight away. Unfortunately the newly fitted screen had an issue around the camera area. This was fixed only to go wrong again the next day. New screen ordered and fitted, this had the same problem around the camera plus a crack/ chip in the top right hand corner. New screen ordered, on my appointment was told by the manager that the new screen ordered was delivered damaged so it could not be done. In total I had visited the branch 7 times totalling 140 miles, new trim and 3 replacements screens. At no time did the manager offer an apology but claimed a supplier issue and at one point said it was not his responsibly but procurement. He said to me that it’s not within his control as he only manages the branch! I did get rather angry and frustrated and told him he is National Windscreens and needs to act like a manager and be apologetic, own it and be the face of National Windscreens. I did say I wished I went to auto windscreens across the road but he said they will have the problem as they get their screens from him. Even at that point he was making excuses. Saying all that the assistant manager (Matt) did apologise on one of the visits which was great customer service from him. For me it became more of an issue with his inability to apologise rather than the constant visits, cost of fuel and the fact my car of 7 months old was pulled about with 3 screens being taken out and refitted.
