Friendly and fast
Booking the vehicle in was über easy, online. Had some texts from them as reminders. I was booked in for first slot at their Taunton branch. Dropped the vehicle off. Walked across the road and went and have a lovely breakfast in the Morrisons Café. Phone rang as I was contemplating getting a second cup of coffee, to tell me my car was ready. This is the first time I've had to get a windscreen replaced, in more than 1 million miles of motoring and I hope to never see them again, but if the worst should happen, I would be more than happy to use them once more.

Reassuring and Women Friendly
My reason for going was that I had been told that the wrong windscreen had been fitted so I was wondering what sort of greeting I would receive. The man who dealt with me was very pleasant, methodical with his approach and talked me through everything he was doing. I didn’t feel a nuisance but more reassured. The manager explained some aspects and provided 3 diag reports for before and after events. Fantastic service all round. Some garages I’ve found to be slightly male orientated with not much interaction but they were very friendly and informative. Thank you
