The job itself was done quickly and…
The job itself was done quickly and professionally. The reason for the low score was I turned up at 08:30 nobody there, called the number on the building and found out the technician had changed my time to 1pm, despite the text the day before saying 08:30. Bad comms from the site, but handled well by the customer service team.

Although the wait for an appointment was long, the customer service was fantastic. The appointment was easy to book with reminders of the appointment given. The member of staff was polite, efficient and explained everything in detail.

Was unable to be fitted at home due to weather so went to garage friendly staff fitted within an hour and had new wipers aswell
