Placed booking with a weeks notice
Placed booking with a weeks notice. Phoned day before and no windscreen. Re booked for the following week.
Dropped it off on the required day. Collected later and wipers on wrong way round which they changed. Noticed the next day that my auto lights are now permanently on and that function doesn’t work anymore. Didnt clean the screen or dash. They sent through the job sheet afterwards and apparently all the items had been checked and passed. Found a clip on the floor which I can only presume is off the headlining so waiting for a corner to come down. Don’t want to take back for them to fix sensor as I don’t think it’ll get done

Ok, but best of not waiting
With most cars needing to be done on site, the waiting room was dreadful, cold dirty and didnt smell great. Ok if you live locally and can drop and go. Lads all seemed helpful.

Excellent company
Can't fault national windscreens at all
They came out to my place of work and replaced my windscreen in about 11/2 hours The technician rang me to say he had arrived and rang me when he had finished He was very courteous and advised me not to drive while it was curing They also sorted out the insurance side of it too

Shame no reciept was provided
After i contacted my Insurance provider National Windscreens contacted a day later. We made an appointment and i was kept informed for their arrival. The replacement window was fitted properly and promptly.However after payment i was promised a receipt which i still haven't received.

Comfortable place to wait while work was done. Workers were helpful and polite. Work did take 2 hours but that’s how long it takes!

Had the window replaced twice and still…
Had the window replaced twice and still got a noise there a rattle or vibration something which was not there before I had the original windscreen replaced

Very helpfulfrom being to the end
Very helpful stuff from the being to the end. They explain all process. When I bring car they expect me and after that I just give keys and wait . They updated me after every step. On the end they give me back keys and I pay for service. All on the good atmosphere.
