I’d like to give a huge thank you to Ron at Nativespace for the outstanding work he has done looking after my hosting account.

After discovering security issues affecting my websites, Ron went above and beyond to investigate the problem thoroughly. He didn’t just deal with the obvious issues; he carried out a full account-wide security scan, identified and removed additional malicious files, checked my WordPress websites, updated outdated software and implemented extra security measures to help protect everything going forward.

He also took the time to clean up old backups and unnecessary files, fix a scheduled task and explain clearly what had been done and what I needed to do next.

What really impressed me was Ron’s patience, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. His communication was clear, reassuring and professional throughout, giving me real confidence that my websites and hosting account were being properly looked after.

It’s rare to find someone who combines this level of technical knowledge with such excellent customer service.

Recently Nativespace helped me deal with heavy bot attacks, which I’ve already reviewed. The follow-up from that was finding that I couldn’t use FTP to update my site the first time I needed to. Submitted this to Nativespace at about 11 PM, they got back to me in about four MINUTES with a fix - part of the previous fix was a switch to Cloudflare which changed the log-in, I just needed the new details. No problem - it would have been nice if they’d told me up front, but given my general level of panic over the original problem it probably just slipped through the cracks. Very pleased with the speed of fixing it, especially at that time of night!

I am a small user of Nativespace's services and one of their customers for many years. Whenever I encounter encounter a problem, they lose no time in fixing it.

Site works well and technical support were very helpful when my sites started to get a lot of bot attacks, helped with site configuration and helped me set up Cloudflare. They've been good on previous occasions too.

On the very rare occasion that things go wrong (usually due to clients!) their support team have always got things sorted quickly, and the communication throughout has always been excellent.

I have been hosting websites with Nativespace for many years and have happily recommended others to do the same. Their customer care is excellent and the few times I have asked for assistance the response has been magnificent.
