Native Teams made everything so much easier for us. We can invoice clients abroad, pay our team in different countries, and not worry about contracts or compliance stuff. Payroll runs super smoothly and their support team is always quick to help. Honestly, it saved us so much time and stress — totally recommend it!

Me encantó la facilidad con la que puedo mandar facturas a clientes de cualquier país y recibir mis pagos en diferentes divisas. La verdad que es mucho más fácil centralizar todo en Native Teams que usar varias herramientas.

From the very beginning, things went wrong. I was scheduled for an introductory call that could not be skipped. During the call, they focused on unnecessary details, like how to use the dashboard, but completely failed to mention a critical requirement: a deposit equal to one employee's salary is needed before starting the collaboration. I only learned about this at the very last moment, when it was too late to make changes, so I had no choice but to agree.
The issues continued. I informed them three weeks in advance about my employee’s start date. Spoiler: the employee started 9 days later than planned, even though everything was ready on time.
Accounting was constantly problematic:
— invoices were often sent in the wrong currency or with incorrect amounts;
— I received confidential information belonging to other clients;
— invoices were issued late.
The worst experience was trying to terminate my contract and get the deposit back. They held my funds until the very last moment. They only returned the money after I threatened legal action.
Overall, responses are slow, often unhelpful, and the accounting department is completely disorganized. I cannot recommend working with Native Teams.

Pathetic Experience, Never choose them for any services. They don't appreciate your time, they work is full of mistakes,The can even share some other company's data with you and say its by mistake.
You tell them 1 thing and discuss 1 process, they will never follow that and keep on asking that what was the process?Like seriously, their SPOC person keep on changing, no system, no process, nothing. They never value their customer. Most of the time, they don't even respond.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. Response times are slow. I've waited hours for a chat response during business hours, days for a reply to an email and over a month for a solution to an easy problem. I am currently trying to get assistance with a document that I need for tax filing and I have radio silence from them - Including the CEO!!!

I don’t have any other choice right now, but if I could, I’d be out of here. Their conversion rate is always lower than it should be, meaning they transfer less than the actual value. Either markup or hidden fees in the API but they dont tell u this. I don’t understand their platform at all - they charge a monthly fee, and on top of that, add other hidden fees. The problem is they are never transparent about. As u customer I sont recommend. You are going to end having a lot more expenses other than the monthly fee. At least Payoneer doesnt have that.

More than 6 months our company is trying to arrange payrolls via Native Teams with zero result in the end. During this time they are fooling around pretending that there is a progress and we are very close to the final agreement. One week ago they stopped responding at all

The company is in the business of taking care of your global payroll, but has very poor knowledge of the local employment and taxation legalities. I'm in Germany and needed the Arbeitsbescheinung to be sent electronically to the Employment Office. Native Teams had no idea what it was, I had to educate them, chase them, and check the documents they filled out (which contained mistakes). This whole thing was an ordeal.
Later on, I realised that they didn't provide me with a yearly tax certificate. Luckily, it seems like this was generated, it just wasn't sent to me.
The only silver lining is that I think their support team really tries their best to be helpful. If you managed to get hold of them during working hours, they respond to your request very quickly. I feel a bit bad for those guys who have to keep fire-fighting due to poorly thought-out and implemented communication and processes.
All in all, dealing with them is very time consuming and not smooth sailing. I hope they get better over time, but in the mean time I wouldn't trust them with anything mission critical.

Native teams is a criminal company. Do not recommend working with them. My "boss" has been late to pay them and they have withheld my salary (final payment) for nearly a month which is illegal in Germany. There is no easy way to contact them via phone and they make loads of mistakes. Many of my salary slips had random, incorrect numbers on them and you're always in contact with someone new who appears to be using AI solely for communication. They have caused me SIGNIFICANT stress and it's very upsetting. DO NOT USE THEM

I have been using the platform for a year already and its been dreadful. Bugs every month, features not working, delays in withdrawals, poor customer support. If there were other local competitors, I would have jumped ship immediately.

Today I’d like to share my experience working with Native Teams. To say it was terrible would be an understatement. I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this company, where it seems no one truly understands what they are supposed to do or how to do it.
I didn’t want to speak publicly about this and hoped to forget the experience like a bad dream. But this morning, I received an email from this wonderful company (even though I terminated all relations with them about a month ago) claiming I now owe them €1,284.02. So let me explain everything step by step.
At the start, I was looking for an intermediary company, and out of the available options, Native Teams was the cheapest (as the saying goes, buy cheap—pay twice). I decided to give them a try. The first call with their specialist seemed very professional: all my questions were answered, a clear action plan was put together, and everything looked promising. What could possibly go wrong? As it turned out—everything.
After this call, they sent me a link to fill in my personal details and upload scans of my passport and residence permit. That’s where things started to get complicated. Once you upload the documents, you just have to wait while they review them—and if something is wrong, you simply get an email saying that something is wrong. What exactly? No idea. I spent some time figuring this out and finally got past it.
Then I had to complete another form and pay a fee. However, the payment system didn’t work. Eventually, they just sent me a Google Document with the same questions, explaining that payment wasn’t functioning but without any further clarification. Surprisingly, signing the contract went relatively smoothly, and in that process, I probably made more mistakes than they did.
The real trouble started midway through the first month when, in my personal account on their platform, I saw that a salary liability was accumulating—the amount my employer had to cover before they could pay me. At the same time, I began receiving daily warning emails telling me that I had 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 days to resolve this issue or else… something bad would happen (what exactly—never explained).
After the countdown ended, even more aggressive messages started coming from “credit control.” After many conversations with their support team (which, honestly, is awful), I learned these threatening emails were supposedly just reminders and that they couldn’t do anything about them. So, effectively, they send alarming emails that serve no purpose except to make clients anxious.
Eventually, I decided to ignore them. But it’s still worth asking: which client is expected to pay their salary in the middle of the same month? This was never clarified.
Then, with my first paycheck, they chose not to deduct the 10 days I hadn’t worked in January (since I started on the 10th) and instead paid me the full month. Only the following month did I discover that they would retroactively deduct those days, creating a debt. You could argue I should have guessed this, but (1) I had never dealt with such arrangements before, and (2) the company never informed me in advance.
Even more surprisingly, the debt was added on top of my salary instead of being deducted. No one made any effort to correct this until I pointed out that, legally, they weren’t allowed to do that.
Whenever you try to order any additional service or assistance from them, you’ll be waiting for a month or longer. The level of service is simply unacceptable.
The final straw was when I decided to terminate our cooperation. I asked many questions to make sure I did everything properly so there would be no unresolved issues. I received clear answers from support and thought everything was finally sorted out. However, the problems returned when a different support agent started replying to the same questions, giving completely opposite answers or asking me the same things over and over again—as if no one had ever read the previous correspondence. Every time, it felt like starting from scratch.
After countless messages and frustrations, we eventually agreed on everything and signed the termination documents. The documents were signed, the relationship officially ended, and all payments were settled. The final payment was actually higher than I expected, but I assumed it was compensation for unused vacation, since I had never taken any time off (once again, no explanation from the company).
I thought that was the end of it—until this morning, when I received an email claiming I owe them money (the amount I mentioned earlier) for something called “rebalancing.” No prior warning, no details. I don’t even have an account with you anymore—so where exactly did you record this “debt”?
