Terrible product, even worse customer service

I’ve been taking this for about three weeks I can feel better movement in my knees

I recently purchased the 3 bottle sea moss gummies and 1 mobility/joints bottle for my elderly mother, on subscription. Unfortunately when i received my package, the mobility/joints was not in the package. 4 of the regular gummies. Which isn’t what I ordered! I texted Emily, she suggested I email customer support, but to no avail, they have not yet responded to my emails. This company didn’t even communicate with me that they were out of said product or if I wanted any refund or replacement. They indicated within their back office that a product wasn’t being sent, but no other clarity. It’s unprofessional, unfair and poor customer service. They have no phone number to call that answers and it’s been 2 weeks to no response. So yes, I rate a 1 because they intentionally sent me what they wanted, they intentionally did not communicate and intentionally ignored my emails. I have receipts of purchases for products and pictures of what was received as well as emails sent for assistance.

Great customer service

I've been using the gummies for 3 months now and very impressed. I had hip surgery back in 2018, but the "good hip" began to become very painful for the past 6 months, so I wanted to try something to see if it would make a difference, AND THIS DEFINITELY DID! I know people are speaking more of the knees, but for those who have hip issues, this was a life saver for me and I pray it would be for you too!

I ordered 2 jars of their Sea Moss Gummies on February 7, 2026.

Not only did my order NEVER arrive; but I emailed them over a dozen times requesting eta on delivery and Tracking status. THEY NEVER RESPONDED!

AS of March 8th , the only thing they have sent me are countless AI Marketing advertisements from "Kassandra".

Their lised phone # is totally Bogus and NO LIVE person ever responds to update you on your order. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

I am a Senior on a fixed income and Natural Rems STOLE $79.90 from me! I wish I had known before saving up money to order that they are just shameless, unscrupulous mass marketing CRIMINALS!!!

I am starting to feel better in my joints I believe in doctor sebi and the entire company of natural remms it's a beautiful thing to see young black men and women pioneering those who came before it's great I only get a monthly SSD check but I will continue to buy my sea moss gummies thank you.

I like to try natural products. When I found this, I watched all of the videos online as well as read numerous reviews all over the Internet, for about 2 months before I purchased it.
