I have to say the service provided was second to none! The sandstone tiles (900 x 600) were brilliant quality and out of the 250sq m supplied only 1 tile was cracked ( which I still used ! ) I shall use this company again and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I ordered Stone cladding for my fire place. Matty was very helpful with the quote and arranging the delivery. It was delivered on time. The driver was polite very helpful, getting the pallet as close to the front door as he could. From start to finish the drop only took 10-15 mins. I was very impressed with the whole process.

They definitely out dud themselves with delivering quality and checking to see if the delivery date was OK and if I was happy with my order.

Our builder recommended Natural Stone Online and we weren’t disappointed. We got in contact with Matty who kindly invited us to the warehouse to view some samples. He took us through various options talk us through the pros and cons for each option (especially having 2 small children). The option we went for is an incredible quality stone, is fantastic quality and was far better value than a lot of other options we looked at. Matty was super helpful throughout the process even sourcing us a local delivery driver. Even months after installation he was providing advice and support on taking care of our new kitchen floor. The customer service we received was 5/5 couldn’t speak higher.
