I found ND Aquatics after looking online for a decent brand to replace my tank.
I was a bit sceptical at first, so I visited their premises at Hertford.
Andrew was amazing throughout and confirmed everything. Even showed me around the showroom for the different options available and explained the clear glass.
The quality of the aquarium is outstanding. I ordered the 4ft one. This one is much better built than the ones you find in all the fish shops.
I've also noticed that my running costs have gone down. The thick glass and covers helps keep the heat in and the heater is on half the time.
The cabinets draws are much bigger! I can fit 2x FX6 filters in the bottom with ease.
Only negatives were: my original colour selection went out of stock. Wasn't really an issue as it was a rare choice, I just picked another colour.
Delivery driver was quite negative, but he eventually helped and I got it into my flat.
This build quality is so good that I will no longer be looking for other brands in the future.
Well worth the wait! Thank you.

The best aquarium I have ever purchased the quality is second to none, I purchased a 72 x 24 x 24 inch tank and it’s just amazing I will definitely purchase all future aquariums from ND aquatics, the ordering is a breeze and thank you Andrew delivery was spot on I’m just blown away how good it looks

From ordering the tank over the phone, constant updates from Andrew and the delivery driver helping so much with the tank.
All couldn't of gone any smoother.
Will definitely use them again.

I ordered a second bespoke tank, being very pleased with the first one. I ordered it on 26th Sept 2023 and received it on the 1st Dec 2023, it's now 10 weeks I've been waiting to get the painted back and sides sorted (light shines through) So not fit for purpose. Obviously not quality checked before leaving site.

Just purchased a cabinet and lid, really pleased with it, build quality is very good much better than others we looked at, Andrew was very helpful and delivery was good and on time .definitely would recommend.

Excellent service. Request a slightly different length from standard sizes to fit an alcove better. Tank was ready quicker than expected and as per my requirements.

It’s always a risk to choose a company of the internet to make a big purchase. But not with this company. Excellent service and what makes a difference is the communication was great. We had a custom 600l tank made in 3 weeks. And it’s beautiful. Thanks to the team and when I can I will happily use them again 👍

I had been looking at the ND Aquatics website for quite a few years dreaming up aquascapes and biotopes. I really wanted an aquarium that would be a blank canvas where I could choose what filter, lights, heater, etc to have.
The opportunity to buy a new tank came about, so I contacted them.
ND Aquatics are simply brilliant !
The choice for tanks and cabinets is huge. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The construction of the aquarium and the cabinet is solid, definitely last for years and years.

I needed a custom built aquarium to fit in an alcove. The service was great and the tank was ready sooner than expected. It was delivered on time and looks fantastic. Very happy to recommend this company.

Great fish tank made to my specs, built fast and delivery was perfect. Price is reasonable and the quality is high.

Tank and cabinet look well made and durable, but also looks good as-well.
Response time from the team at ND were also great, with quick responses.
Tank was also made within the time specified as-well.

I ordered a large custom tank to be built at my home due to lack of access space. Andrew is very very friendly and helpful. I reviewed various phone calls and emails regarding the process and progress that was being made. When the build day came Dom was very professional and friendly. The tank was built quickly and flawlessly. I couldn't be happier. Many thanks to ND Aquatics.

12 year old 350 gallon tank started leaking. Problem was it was an unusual size to fit the existing stand. ND sorted out a new tank within 4 days. Great customer service and a really excellent quality tank

Service was simple, got my quote within 24hours, delivery was extremely quick for a custom tank and got input from delivery driver to safley positioning the tanks and care was definitely taken when putting tanks together

My tank was delivered and it looks amazing. The work is perfectly done I would highly recommend them and will obviously use them again and again. Simple word is EXCELLENT. Both my thumbs up, with a huge...smile👍👍😁
Well done guys

Andrew, was at the heart of all communications, when i had my made to measure tank built by ND Aquatics. He was more than a person at the end of the phone, kept his contacts, and made sure the order will go smoothly, as it was delivered on time to, with up to the last houre communications on delivery time.
Well done

ND aquatics responded quickly to my enquiry for a small tank. I chose them as I'd found them on google and they were close enough for me to collect the tank myself. I was given a turnaround time of 3 weeks given that it was a small order and I received emails and a phone call at the expected time to tell me it was ready. Tank is great and communications spot on.

Great well made fishtank. I looked at lots of brands but this was by far the best. Great service and turned up earlier than expected. Thanks to all at ND I will be back, highly recommend
