Good idea far too strong not nice to smoke I wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic product and the best I’ve come across. The feel of this vape in the hands compared to others I’ve used is far superior. The new vape flavours offer something much better than what you usually see. V happy with it!

I want to share my feedback on recent improvements.

The new design of Teo X is great!

And may I say the new sticks are incredible!

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service!

I've had a great experience with NEAFS from start to finish. The new TEO-X device is fantastic its stylish, easy to use, and provides a smooth, taste. The flavour is excellent, and the battery life has been impressive.

What has really stood out to me is the customer service. The team and especially Rich have always been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I've needed assistance. It's reassuring to know that support is there if you need it, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NEAFS and the TEO-X device to others.

I can’t stand the new sticks
They are like silk cut awful flavour the mint burns
I want my old style sticks back
The new device is lovely
I will have to go somewhere else and maybe get a new set up

I have been using Neafs for a few years now and in recent months there have been some issues with the product which made me nervous about ordering more for a while as the quality had really slipped however the support I received through these months has been outstanding and a special mention to Richard King who is a real credit to the business and I imagine it has not been the easiest time for him.

With all that said, they have now launched their new and very much improved product, it has now completely restored my faith, I have got to say that Neafs are the only thing that has ever worked to keep me away from tobacco.

Before taking on board the negative reviews that are on here please bear in mind that the product has now changed, please give it a go, it could change your life like it has mine!!

in the start everything was good but everything changed this year year with new batch ending 801 they are pure shite a tea bag would feel better smoking.
hopefully they will change it back as the change ingredients but nowhere is mentioned about it.

I have been using NEAFS for over 3 years, but the recent batches (expiry 2027) are clearly defective.

The sticks produce almost no smoke, have a very unpleasant taste, and give off a strong mold-like smell. This is completely different from older batches, which were consistent. I currently have more than 20 packs from these new batches, and they are all unusable. The smell and taste are so bad that they affect my breathing and cause discomfort in my lungs.

In addition, I have experienced repeated device failures — this is now my 9th device showing the same red light issue and stopping working.

I have sent multiple emails, raised several support tickets, and tried contacting local distributors, but I have received no proper response or explanation.

This situation is very concerning. A product with such serious quality issues should not still be on sale without clear communication, investigation, and corrective action.

Ditto the previous comment regarding batch number 25061801 which is being sold in Dublin. How this batch passed quality control is both a worry and a mystery. Sickeningly unpleasant, strong taste which is in complete contrast to previous batches. Aftertaste can leave you feeling slightly nauseous. Pretty toxic experience and urgently needs to be addressed by the manufacturer.

I’ve been a loyal NEAFS customer for about four years now, mainly using their heated cigarettes, especially the coffee flavour. Over time, I’ve really come to appreciate them as a solid alternative to traditional cigarettes.

However, recently I’ve noticed a change — the flavour doesn’t feel as intense or rich as it used to be. The coffee notes in particular seem a bit more muted than before, which is a little disappointing considering how much I enjoyed the original taste.

That said, despite this change, I still believe NEAFS offers one of the best alternatives to normal cigarettes on the market. The overall experience is still satisfying, and I’ll continue using their products.

I just hope they consider bringing back the stronger flavour profile that long-time customers like me remember.

Always been really happy with Neaf's service and products. So why 4 stars instead of 5?
Because my last 2 orders, Neaf did not have in stock my preferred flavour and so had to buy a flavour I least prefer. Otherwise, extremely happy to reccomend. 😁
