I made a telephone enquiry about an offer that was on the nebula. The lady I spoke to was really helpful, I made a purchase straight away online, and two days later the item was delivered. Really pleased with that item. if you are purchasing this item, you will not be disappointed.

Only had the unit a few weeks but it is doing a fantastic job,why pay hundreds when this perfect for the job.

After a fall a while ago I started developing arthritis in my hand. I found that a red light LED therapy pen helped the swelling and inflammation to go down very quickly and I became a fan of the technology. I decided to buy a red light therapy panel. First I bought a small 60 LED panel and then decided to get a larger one. I chose this 120 LED panel since it seemed to be of decent quality - there are too many cheap and low quality red light therapy devices out there - and although from a different company, it seemed to share the design and appearance of my smaller panel and importantly it was the least expensive panel of this type I could find. There is an optional trolley on wheels for this unit but at £60 (and currently out of stock) I decided to pass on that.

In the box was the light box itself, a UK power lead, a pass-through power lead, a door hanging kit with wrench, a set of protective goggles and a useful and well written user guide. Build quality throughout is from metal, heavy duty and almost of military grade robustness.

The panel has 120 LEDs, 60 each of 850nm and 66nm wavelengths and is rated at 600w max power consumption. There is a large control panel on the side with large clicky power switches for the 660 and 850nm wavelengths which can be used together or separately. There is a power in port and another power out port which I use with the supplied pass-through cable to connect my smaller panel. Unlike my smaller unit, and disappointing for the price, this device has no built-in timer, which is a pity.

So how well does it work? After a couple of weeks of use in conjunction with my smaller panel (one twenty minute session daily), I do seem to be feeling more alert and active. Also, my arthritis is certainly no worse and in fact seems less troublesome than before. I will keep on with it as most users say the real benefits come with long term use.

This is not a cheap device at £219, although the market leaders cost much more, but it is very well made and easy to use and so far as I can tell works well. I am impressed so far with the results and certainly plan to keep on with red light therapy and may even invest in some other more specialised red light therapy devices.

I've only used the juicer once, so far so good. I made a delicious apple carrot and orange juice. The pulp is dry so you get a lot of juice. Looking forward to finding different ways of using the pulp

A few weeks later of using the juicer, I've made several batches of ginger and tumeric shots, fresh juices etc. I've made gorgeous bread/cakes from the pulp. It takes some getting used to assembling but you get used to it, it's also easy to clean 😊

I bought my Nebula juicer from Amazon in November and on Monday I broke my fine strainer when a piece of ginger became stuck in it. I emailed Nebula and they replied within minutes, confirmed that all parts had a two year warranty and promised to send me a new strainer - no questions asked. It arrived this morning. Their customer service is incredible and their juicers are amazing too. Buy from them!

i purchased the Nebula Grande Slow Juicer after doing some research and decided this represented the best quality, price and feedback from previous customers. I received the product and did a juicing session with oranges, carrots and ginger. I did need to clear the spout once or twice after processing the ginger as it is very fiberous and tended to block the outlet pipe. It did a fantastic job and I then went ahead and took it apart and cleaned it as per the recommendations. Watch the video for how to put it together - it is very straightforward once you see it done by someone first. The cleaning was easy compared to the pervious centrifugal juicer I had used for years. It has a few parts that clean easily. Here is what made this a brillant purchase. I have experienced plenty of times where the product you buy is great for a while but then you realise when something goes wrong how good the actual company is that sells the product. After cleaning the parts I noticed there was a self-tapping screw in th basin. It had come loose from the base where there are supposed to be four of these screws holding the base to the bottom see-through bottom basin. I sent the sales email referred to in their one page guide a message that evening and they called me the next morning to understand the issue and went out of their way to make good. I received a replacement the very next day by priority post. I can only sing their praises for such great service. One day later and I am a happy customer. I noticed when doing the follow up that they also have a full range of parts so no matter what the problem is, you can be sure it can be fixed within days. Having recently had an indoor spinning bike break down after two years that cost me 550 pounds and get told by the company that I have to buy a new bike as they don't keep spares and to then find out it is made in China just blew my mind. So this was a breath of fresh air in comparison. All I can say is make sure whatever you buy has a decent spares and replacement policy. Nebula certainly has.
